Forgot to add an item onto my order so called the store in Wednesfield where my order was placed and they added the item on for me with no problems 😊

Horrible vile staff Wolverhampton Queen street. Daughter ordered food yesterday. Delivery driver must have used an old photo of the food bag sat on the wall, as we have all ordered often. Nobody knocked the door or rung the ring doorbell and I was in the kitchen at the time of the apparent delivery. The kitchen faces the street so I would have been able to see the delivery being attempted. We also have a ring doorbell and video proof that there was no attempt at deliveringthe food. Vile scummy staff that spoke to her like crap and refused to deliver a replacement or give her a refund. We're a big family and none of us will be ordering from you again!

The good was AMAZING!! the cookie dough and milkshakes are insane, from pontefract. and how can vanilla ice cream be so good!!!!

Daughter dined in with her friend this evening at the new Camberley shop, when leaving I'd asked for a slice of the Victoria sponge cake which looks amazing in the photo and with 3 layers and cream and jam, but what actually arrived was what looked like and tasted like a piece of bog standard Victoria sponge you could buy at Asda, with some strawberry ice cream that was nothing special. I'm really cross, it's nothing at all like the photo on their site and cost me £6.95.

Rip off and I'll be emailing the shop a screenshot. Didn't see any cream in the layers at all either

Honestly at first the little dessert shop were excellent always having what I wanted and never having to complain! And is much the same as it once was! There cakes are awesome exspecaily the American Birthday Cake and the stars in your eyes warm cookie do! Unfortunately they have stopped making my cake! But they have a new line and menu coming out! So the chocolate cookie cake is just as nice while I a wait there new menu! Can't wait! Also the frosting in the cakes can't be built! My favourite Desserts by far! 😃

Had a takeaway Nando’s last week on just eat and it was suggested to try desserts from the little dessert co. I’m 100% glad I did as I had a chocolate fudge cake and the chocolate cookie and both were fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again and very soon. Highly recommend 😃

Ordered a full waffle and received half . Paid for full waffle . When contacted them was told it was my error because I had something in my basket from 12 months ago ! They refused to refund or bring the correct order . They have not rectified this and have fobbed me off all week telling lots of lies ! Do not order from this shop !

The best deserts. Ever!

We have used this shop for a couple of years, in Pontefact but the last 2 orders we have received have been well under the normal quality of desserts they serve & deliver.
Tonight the ice cream in the sundae & the tub of ice cream to go along with the fudge cake had started to melt.
The sundae was only 3/4 full. When you are paying £8.50, you expect your moneys worth. Don’t know if they are using different delivery drivers.

Ordered 2 large milkshakes and a slice of fudge cake. The cake was extremely dry!! Needed a glass of water to help it go down and the portion size is on the small side considering the price. On a good note kids enjoyed their shakes. Shame the cake tasted days old 🤔😔

I've been to many desert shops, and amongst all of them this one has one of the best customer service yet. They treat us customers like guest who have come into there homes and the deserts, defiantly my top 5 go to

Staff is absolutely lovely! Food is freshly made couldn’t recommend enough! Can’t wait to go back in the near future! 🧇🍫

LITTLE DESERT SHOP GLASGOW DUKE STREET

!! MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND WAS GIVEN PURE ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE FROM THE SHOP AND THE DRIVER !! Very disrespectful shop the way myself and partner got spoken to on the phone. They have shocking customer service skills! AVOID!! Myself and my partner waited over an hour for our food before I decided to phone the shop to be told give it another 10 minutes and phone back , I phoned back after 20 trying to maybe see it from their side incase they were busy. I was then told on the phone the driver had delivered it (not to my number of house they never otherwise I wouldn’t have phoned) my order was also coming up that I was still waiting so the driver never even confirmed he had delivered it. I phoned the shop again to be told I can try send a new one out from the shop or you can get your refund through Uber eats. I agreed to a new order as we spent of £30 and was looking forward to a desert on a Saturday night. The driver then phoned me himself through the shop with a stinking attitude and very patronising telling me “hen no I definitely did deliver to your address , your man came out and got it” he then went on to question us “did it get delivered near dead end , well there you go I did!” (All to cover his own backside the fact he got the wrong address) my partner phoned back because how rude he was to me on the phone. The shop then said the driver has said he’s delivered it and there for they aren’t sending out a new one and to just refund through Uber eats. We’ve waited over 2 hours ( ordered at half 8 and was having these phone calls at 11) for this to be the outcome from the shop. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!! Poor customer service all round.

Ordered on deliveroo. Had no problems what so ever! My self and husband both had a waffle each, ice cream & a milkshake. All of them were amazing. The waffles were so soft and our topping were absolutely amazing. The ice cream was also amazing. Never had ice cream like it before. The milkshakes are to die for!!!! (Swindon store)

Absolutely appalling experience!

My partner placed an order from this restaurant, and things went from bad to worse. First, the delivery driver was riding around aimlessly and made no effort to find our address. My partner had to track down the rider, who then handed over a ripped bag with everything spilled inside and said they couldn’t take it back!

When my partner called the restaurant, the person he spoke with was no help at all. She claimed she had told the driver to be careful but didn’t apologise or offer any form of compensation. The customer service was absolutely disgusting.

What a joke! I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I suggest finding another dessert shop.
