Honestly couldnt praise this website enough for their genuine and beautiful products that I had ordered! So clean and so pretty! From the moment I came across their Instagram and saw all the cute products I knew I wanted to order straight away.
When my order arrived an item was missing and I messaged via Instagram and no longer than 30mins I got a response and an apology and I got my missing order through the post a few days later and an extra something too so the customer service is amazing and so kind and helpful!
The products itself are high quality and so cute. I definitely recommend and have already recommended to my friends.
I ordered a few bits for my daughters birthday. One item was not sent. I emailed and was informed they run out and apologized for not notifying me. I asked for a replacement or refund.
Over a month later I have received neither.
I will not be recommending this company, poor communication and failure to provide the item and a refund when requested.

Honestly appalling. Ordered something for my little girls birthday, website and emails claim that it’s 4-6 days for shipping. We’re now on day 6, and I’ve not so much as even got an email to tell me they’ve been dispatched! (They apparently haven’t). Emailed 2 times as well on separate occasions, 1 email written 3 days ago and no response.
I even paid for postage! Utterly appalling will not be ordering from here again!
