Disappointing and expensive

The product in itself isn’t bad but very tight. My 3 yo doesn’t fit the 5yo size. I’ve been trying to contact customer service since the 20/12, keeping in mind it is during Christmas season, no one has replied to me since then (today’s the 3/01)
I want to return this expensive item that’s too small and hopefully I haven’t miss the deadline to return because everything is in German and I don’t speak it.
If you’re opening up to selling internationally, have an FAQ in English.
