100% satisfied customer.

I was turned on to your batteries by a friend. So far so good! Timely delivery. used your battery w my Terrova Trolling motor at various speeds for 3 hours and only drained it 20% I’m impressed. Lightweight battery, easy to use Bluetooth software and App.

Weightless

For me the one component that totally surpasses all other qualties of the Lithium Battery is the weight. I am complelely blown away with the weight of the Lithium Battery. I am a Lithium Battery owner for Life.

I ordered an 40amp DC to DC charger

I ordered an 40amp DC to DC charger, didn't work when i received it. Litime replaced it with out problems. The second one did not work either, They gave me a refund and I turned around a bought a 165ah battery and all is good. Linda, my costumer service person was very helpful i getting my problem fixed. There phone communication and any response time was very quick.
Just for the record, I had a 100ah Dokota Lith battery that keep running down after about 6 hours of use. I have 3 units with active target, plus nema system, I wanted dc to dc to charge from my house system, this did not work out, so went with the bigger battery instead. Problem solved, new battery performs well and have not ran it down yet.

Great products

Great products, this is my 3rd battery purchased. Very convenient to monitor by Bluetooth on my phone. Great value and performance... Litime's the only LipO I trust....

BMS Failure

Had a 230AMP LiTime smart battery that had a BMS failure after about 10 months. Could not wake it up. Jake (GREAT SERVICE BTW) at Litime helped me out and shipped out a brand new battery pronto. I put the old battery in the same shipping box after it arrived, attached the prepaid return label and returned it to Litime. They actually lived up to their warranty. No hassels!! I have 4 of these bluetooth batteries and 2 dual purpose batteries. No problemes with any of the others. Thanks, Jake!!!
