I live alone now and it’s good not having to prepare meals everyday, so convenient. There are lots of options to pick from.

I am enjoying my Lite n' Easy experience in every possible way. I appreciate the quality, taste and great nutrition that comes with the meals, which I was lacking in the past. Not only that, but I am beginning to feel better within myself and am also starting to lose weight. I'm more than happy to continue down the Lite n' Easy path.

I’ve been using LnE for many years now & they’ve consistently moved with times !! Always improving & tweaking…what they offer is more than just weight-loss.
I highly recommend them for any life style / or stage in your life. Love you guys ♥️♥️☺️☺️♥️♥️

Easy to order. Delivery is efficient. Meals are mostly delicious.

I was sceptical at first as I don’t usually like pre made meals. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste of both fresh and frozen meals. The only downside if any is the cost but it’s definitely worth it if you’re time poor.

Just about the start my third week!
I am very happy with everything so far - great food, punctual deliveries and I am losing some weight.
I have, over the years, been inclined to starve myself on diets - I feel that with this program I will lose weight steadily and healthily.
What I am very pleased about also is that I can easily have the same sort of items as my husband for lunch and for dinner - so it doesn't seem like there is one menu for me and one for him.
Having my food ready prepared means that I am just cooking for my husband.
My only suggestion for a change would be to not include some of the salad items that could easily be added from my own supplies - things like spinach leaves and tomatoes don't really need to be included.

Absolutely crap company.
Only have a mobile. 65yo female. So frustrated to navigate. Spoke to Nina today. Totally unhelpful for 15 minutes. Seriously get your act together. Be nice to seniors who might not have immeasurable patience. This woman had no idea.

The Lite n' Easy web-site and its associated ordering system are fairly user friendly. The descriptions of the meals are usually adequate but occasionally a bit misleading.
My reason for ordering Lite n’ Easy meals was that I am finding cooking to be a chore that I would rather avoid.
Sadly, I found the meals to be mostly a bit unpleasant and very similar to 1990’s (or earlier) institutional cooking – my experience being hospitals and ADF.
The seafood meals seemed to be a bit (not much) better than the other meals, unfortunately I am not all that keen on fish.
I do agree that Lite n’ Easy meals are slightly better than any of the other pre-prepared meals from the many other companies that I have tried

Normally all meals are good. BUT Sausages with onion gravy was not. sausages were so tough.

The meals are great and it’s easy to follow.
I love being able to adapt if I go away.

Lite n’ Easy food packs are terrific, better presented, compared to frozen food from similar companies, as well as the ability to purchase breakfast and lunch which most don’t have.
I started ordering Lite n’ Easy seniors packs for convenience, but was pleasantly surprised at the weight loss benefit.
In 10 months I’ve lost almost 10 kg without feeling hungry.

One star is overkill. The mash potatoes are instant.
I found a foreign object in my Slow cooked Lamb, so reported the incident with Qld Health Dept. Have not heard the outcome

The Lite n Easy meals are terrific and so convenient. I think the butter chicken could do with more chicken and less rice. Some of the dinners are too heavy on the rice and too light on the protein.
I think with the full price which I pay, the cooks could give us more protein such as chicken/lamb or beef and less carbs.

Poor expiry date on fresh meals, in my opinion the fresh meals are the only meals to purchase:

Frozen meals become boring, vegetables taste unpleasant/ unnatural, not sure what they do with the carrots, potato have no texture

The system is very easy to use and the food is lovely, we use it as a healthy diet and for the convenience.

When ever I ring for an order the staff are always very helpful and friendly, they do any research on the menu if I get a bit confused and they highlight any special deals or choices. All those things I appreciate, plus the convenience.
My only concern is that there are not many options for a lactose free diet, no options in the deserts at all, and it takes me a long time to work out which meals are ok for my diet!
There are not many salad choices either and I would love to see more options.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality, content, variation and presentation of these meals. It’s as if each one is prepared and cooked individually and perfectly prior to freezing. Vegetables and ingredient colours are excellent and remain throughout the whole process. And on top of all that they taste great!
