Don't then take payment for EU customers then.
I would have directed my order to a UK address but now won't bother at all.
Really bad customer experience.

Bought 2 cups. The light is fantastic, a soft glow perfect for bedtime. However, one of the cup leaks. Not just dribbles, but full on pours.

No tracking available and it’s been over 10 days still not receiving the cup. I have emailed the customer service and asked for the status but this was their answer “Sorry there is no tracking I can’t give you more info at this time”. Doesn’t sound like they are trying to resolve the issue.

Simply great!
My three-year-old son is delighted with his Litecup, he asks for it every night before going to bed. Its soft blue light does not interfere with his sleep and calms him if he wokes up during the night.
Totally recommendable!

Love these cups!
I got this cup for my 4 year old and 1.5 year old and they love it! It’s easy for them to find in the middle of the night when they wake for a drink and my 4 year old loves it Cos it acts as her night light now! Would definitely recommend and delivery was super fast!
