Great communication fast delivery and no fuss

I was let down by another supplier and went to Lightcast for the first time. Will only use them in future well priced, great quantity of stock and terrific service! I had to go and collect because of the let down, quite a journey but I found the staff very obliging very helpful, even in the yard when the guys loaded me, they were very friendly and obliging, I hope they get plenty of credit! What’s not to like about that?

Litecast designed and delivered our PC floor beams in a seamless process that saw them provide the design as well which we then passed on to the engineer. Delivery was when they said. Good price too. No worries. Safe A++++

Great service. The design team turned my sketches into accurate CAD drawings. Even during lock-down, the team worked with me so was able to double check everything, make some amendments and then go firm on the order with total peace of mind that our wrap-around suspended floor would fit. It's now been installed and it is a superb product. I would not hesitate to recommend this great team and product.

From start to finish dealing with Litecast it was effortless. efficient and professional, the team where responsive on all emails, queries raised where answered promptly which filled us with confidence to place the order. On receipt of the order the team issued the drawings and guidance for the products we had ordered, payment was made and delivery was quicker than expected, placed the order Friday the order was delivered Tuesday with a courtesy call made the day before delivery. The driver was great and accommodating, so the flow of professionalism continued. Found Litecast to be professional, approachable, efficient and cost effective with good quality products being delivered. Definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you Litecast.

I approached 6 companies and Litecast were by far the quickest and gave the best Cad floor plan drawing. They are an absolutely outstanding company with efficient customer service. Less than ten days after my first email, the complete batch of over 100 beams was delivered to site. Even the driver was great.
