Very easy one stop shop
I had a unique situation where I was needing to sell but wasn't planning to purchase for a while. Clever very quickly got me in contact with realtors and investors for the sell which went about as smoothly as I could imagine, and the realtor assigned for the purchase was very considerate of my time line and I ended up with a much better home than I originally thought I would get.

I easily found a realtor.
I easily found a realtor that would work with what I was willing to payout for commission. I got a slew of referrals to pick from. Clever also checks in every now and then for progress reports. I highly recommend!

My lender and Realtor
My lender, Matteo was very good! Worked extremely hard. I disliked having to resubmit multiple items, but we got the job done. He was very personable and easy to talk too which is a great thing!!

Awesome from the start
From the beginning, Kimberly was prompt, provided clear details with appropriate details of our property. She initiated the listing of our home right away, had her photographer take beautiful pictures, put the listing on MLS and kept in touch with us regularly. During the showing process she was in regular contact via text and phone and replied back to our inquiries very quickly. We would recommend her highly and thank her for your excellent work.
