Right from the very start
Right from the very start, their professionalism showed. From the Qualia Software they used to the people that front ended the engagement, everything in our experience was exceptional. We didn't choose them because we were sellers of our home but we are very glad the buyers chose them. They even took the time to explain every charge on the Closing Disclosure and any inadvertent errors were very quickly addressed. It is a very competitive field and differentiators come mainly through personalization. Terriffic choice.

Working with this company was not only fast but also extremely convenient. Even when other aspects if the sale/buy caused miscommunication, the team was very understanding and still extremely motivated. The price was great for both parties in my opinion and I feel(at least on my end) extremely happy qoth the results.
I would absolutely recommend working with them. 5/5 stars!
I should point out Jesse at HLT Homebuyers. He was my main point of contact and communication. Absolute pleasure to work with and if you get to choose a rep, I HIGHLY recommend him.

So far our experience has been great.
We met with one of the realtors that Clever sent to us today. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We felt very comfortable with him and we think he will do a great job of selling our home should we decide to go with him. We have 2 other appointments set up to meet other realtors and will decide once we have met them.
