Damage claim
I had rented out my bicycle at the end of 2023 that broke when used by another user. However, listnrides insurance refused to cover the damage, which is why I had to pay the repair costs myself. In addition, there was nobody that checked rented bicycles for safety and roadworthiness. Ever since, I have rejected all, partly questionable, rental requests and avoided the platform. And that's my well-intentioned advice. Avoid listnride.

Complicated suspecious procedure
They make it easy to collect money e.g. paypal or creditcard but complicated to pay back the owner (only via bank account), sound strange.

This is fraud
This is fraud! Cancellations will not be refunded. Even if the provider is clearly a scammer and does not provide address or phone number.

awful customer service, no insurance, claim to give you double reward on your first rental but is keeping the money for themselves.
