Listen Audio is a family-run, home audio retailer offering great customer service and a dedicated listening room for product demonstrations. We have a good range of turntables, digital sources (CD, streaming), radios, amplifiers, loud-speakers, sub-woofers, headphones, cables and accessories. Prior arrangement of demonstrations is recommended but not always essential. We have a ramp for easy access and are dog-friendly too.

I came across Listen Audio because they a Naim dealer.

I came across Listen Audio because they organised the repair of my network player through the manufacturer Naim. Not being a “hi-fi buff” I had a technical difficulty trying to set it back up with my Naim system. I emailed Steve the owner and a very quick reply gave me the information to resolve the problem saving me a 70 mile return trip back to the shop. I have now been to the shop twice. They provide a relaxing listening environment and back this up with extremely friendly and knowledgable service.

It was the dog what did it!

It's like this: any hifi shop that not only gives you an ideal listening room, a nice coffee and...a labrador to keep you company and assess Robert Fripp as only dogs can do, gets my vote. Outfits like this deserve to succeed. Why? Well, passion, customer service, insight and unbiased recommendations - plus a competitive price. What's not to like? So if you need some good quality HiFi, get off your PC and get over to Shrewsbury in person, you won't regret it. Excellent.
