Incompetent rude young personnel

Today, our family visited Liseberg, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. During one of the rides, my daughter's bunny ears fell off, landing in an area accessible to the staff. The attendant on duty saw this but, being alone at the time, asked my daughter to return in half an hour to retrieve them. When we returned about 40 minutes later, we encountered three new attendants who rudely insisted that the bunny ears did not belong to us and told us to leave in an extremely discourteous manner. This unacceptable and degrading behavior is shameful and completely ruined our day at the park.

Wasting time and money

Wasting time, you cannot get a refund I spent 1 1/2 hour in a queue and they say Saw is Breakdown we go to the second game. We wait another 1 1/2 hour. When we ask for a refund. They say sorry they write it in headings which you would never see it might be Breakdown . I ask the manager for the Customer Servise to pay me back at least gift card to come back for a second day they said no It’s heading Policy you cannot get anything from them

AGGRESSIVE

Good rides but terrible, rude, aggressive security. Ruined our day by accusing us of pushing in which was incorrect, followed and tormented the children around the park.
