Absolutely amazing products, shade range and excellent customer service. My favourites are the velvet lipstick range and the skin tint. Honestly can’t recommend everything about this brand enough!

I had an issue with an eyeshadow shade that sadly, did not work for me, Olivia promptly addressed my concern by offering a Gift Card as the item was opened and therefore, should not be returned. Also suggested that I donate the item to a women's shelter. A wonderful idea to support our sisters. I could not be more impressed with the company's philosophy and products. I'm a customer forever!!

Lisa Eldridge cosmetics and her customer service team are truly the best in the industry! I have been a customer from the launch of her line and every single purchase has been an amazing treat. From the gorgeous formulas of her eyeshadows, foundations and lipsticks to her fantastic customer service team every single moment has been a treat. As a customer you are treated as a great friend no matter how small the request may be. Every single member of Lisa’s team that I have ever dealt with has been so kind, courteous and warm and the response time while there is a time difference in where I live , feels like only minutes from when I send an email. Lisa must be an angel because every member of her team treats every customer as they would their closest friend! Love this company and can honestly say it’s the best customer service service I have ever received !

I had such an amazing experience with support. Not only did they respond quickly, but I could tell that they really cared about my concerns and were trying to find ways to figure out what was wrong and how to correct it. They were patient, gracious, and very kind.

I’ve ordered from the Lisa Eldridge brand multiple times, and every single experience has been outstanding. The customer service is truly exceptional—warm, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Even when I had a delivery issue (caused by my local courier, not the brand), the team immediately arranged a replacement shipment at no extra cost, handling everything with kindness and efficiency.

The team at Lisa Eldridge are wonderful and so helpful. I had ordered three shades of skin tint to try and color match myself as I am in the US and LE isn't in any stores here. I decided all three weren't quite right and contacted their CS to make a return and order a different shade. In response, they had me take no-makeup selfies, swatch all three on my skin and send the photos, and helped me determine which shade I needed. They then sent me the new shade FOR FREE, refunded me for two of the others (I decided to keep the third as my summer shade) and told me to keep the two I was 'returning' to mix or give away to friends. I am absolutely blown away. That is how a luxury brand with expensive, high-quality products wins a customer for life. Thank you LE team!

They helped me determine an issue i was having with the skin tint (it was another product). I newly discovered I’m an olive skin tone and they even helped me select colors that would look best taking all of the guess work and stress out of the process. Closet chronic over-consumer of makeup and skincare and have purchased from and used every high end line, item, and beauty brand out there. Being in the US, it is not easy to try on Lisa Eldridge products and it takes a little leap of faith and confidence in all the makeup artists and influencers out there who constantly recommend her products. However, I can 100% say that every item I have purchased from this brand has become my go-to, no-fail, most trusted items in my embarrassingly giant makeup collection. Without all those promo codes or big semi annual sales, I would STILL buy her Kitten Lash Mascara, Liquid Eyeshadows, and any of her complexion products and use them on my most important days. On top of that, hands down the most amazing and kind customer service I have ever experienced.

I've contacted their customer service twice in the past month. The first time, to get some shades recommendations: they were super helpful and quite detailed. The second time, because unfortunately the package I ordered got tampered with by the courier service used (FedEx) and it was missing an item: once again Lisa's customer service went beyond my expectations (positively) and once I sent the required photos not only they apologized profusely, not only they said they will report it to the team to investigate, but also they told me that they would send me again the package (not just the missing item, the whole order! Which is worth more than double the price of the missing item!). I couldn't believe my eyes, I've never been treated this well by a customer service. Usually with most companies I have to fight nail and teeth just to get a refund for this kind of issues, so I was positively shocked by how well I got treated by her CS. A special thank you respectively to Faye and Olivia for the stellar customer service experience!

This was by far the best experience I've had with a customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong shade of the LE skin tint (FAVORITE tint, by the way, and I've tried them all). The team offered to send me my normal shade free of charge without having to go through an exchange process. This just set Lisa Eldridge above the rest for me. I will be a lifelong customer!!

I’ve used Lisa Eldridge products for a number of years.
I contacted them again yesterday for advise, after sending photos as requested, I got fabulous fabulous customer service from Lisa’s team (Kate & Abi), great help from choosing the right colours/shades that would suit my colouring. Very impressed ~ right now to spend some monies on amazing quality products.

I recently purchased several Velatura Balms as gifts for my family, and although the shipping company was too rough to the package and the products got damaged during shipping, I was incredibly impressed by how quickly and thoughtfully Lisa’s team resolved the issue. The level of care and attention to customers truly stands out. I can honestly say that no other brand has made such a positive impression on me as Lisa Eldridge has.
