The customer service at this brand is phenomenal! I had an issue with an order and I contacted them via email. First I was shocked someone actually replied, but secondly did so very quickly. The whole issue was resolved in hours and I’m in the States. So now I know not only are the products exemplary, but so is the customer service.

The Lisa Eldridge customer service team is truly top-notch. After receiving an eyeshadow palette with a broken shade, I emailed them with a photo of the damage. They responded remarkably fast and immediately processed a replacement. The shadows themselves are absolutely stunning; I can’t wait for the palette to be whole again once the replacements arrive!

I had an exceptional experience with Lisa Eldridge’s customer service team. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever come across such a thoughtful and responsive approach from a brand before.
Since I couldn’t try the foundation in person, I reached out for shade advice. The recommendation turned out to be a perfect match... genuinely the best shade match I’ve ever had. The product itself (Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint) is beautiful and looks very natural on the skin.
I’m incredibly grateful for the help and care. It made ordering online feel easy and completely stress-free.

Lisa Eldridge is my favorite artist and brand in the beauty industry today. I am an esthetician and from an ingredient standpoint she has produced some of the most innovative and good for you formulas available. Her attention detail, cruelty free and effective elegant ingredients, and easy to apply formulations set her well apart from her competition. On top of all of this, her customer care team are the best in the business, hands down. They are the best customer care I have ever experienced, from any company, ever. They are kind, responsive and always strive to make things right. Other companies could learn from what they have achieved in this regard. I cannot recommend Lisa Eldridge and her team highly enough.

One of the best Customer Service experiences, I ever had! All of them were really kind and helpfull. I also didn't have to wait long for a reply. My colour match was done in under 24 hours, and we chatted back and forth. I could ask follow up questions and didn't get the impression I was asking too much.

I’m so impressed with the quality of customer care Lisa’s team provided me, they were quick to reply to my queries and so very pleasant to deal with. They assisted me in finding my perfect shade match in the line’s skin enhancing tint, which is an absolutely gorgeous formula! I love it so much! And when I ordered the wrong shade, they quickly resolved my mistake by issuing credit immediately without any hassle at all!

I am getting back into makeup again (@61) and was introduced to Lisa Eldridge from my daughter. I have a renewed love for creating looks after watching Lisa's videos. I do, however, live out of country so I have needed to put my trust not only in Lisa's products, but also in Lisa's service team. They have the best costumer service ever. They respond so quick, within the same day, and their shade matching was excellent. The samples they sent me came just as directed, even sooner than I expected.

I contacted costumer service quite late in the day at 20h26 on launch day of the new valatura balms and I got almost immediately a reply from Gemma requesting more details so she was able to help me further. As it was so late in the night I didn't expected a reply so I just tough about checking my email in the morning. An hour later I casually check my mail and much too my surprise very shortly after I had provided more details, Gemma had replied to me giving a very thorough response that helped me very much. Lisa's costumer service team are the best of the best I've encountered, they exceed even high luxury brands. I find the products to be of excepcional quality but so is her costumer service. Those 2 reasons are the what makes me loyal to the brand, I know Lisa's products are not cheap at all, but I'm happy to pay because I know that I'm valued as costumer as well as my money. They do exceed expectations :)

I received very fast help and support. Not only colour match via email but help for cancelling my order so I can add something else as well as help with a discount code. This is one of the nicest customer service experiences and it makes me want to shop here more.

I placed an order for the skin tint. I love the finish and the formula, however I felt like the shade didnt match exactly how I wanted it. I was not looking to refund my purchase or ask for a return, and instead reached out requesting samples of 3 shades. Customer service quickly responded and provided 2 recommendations from the photos I sent. Unprompted, they also provided me a gift card for my next purchase of the correct shade. I wanted to write this review as I have not experienced this before and really felt like this was truly a luxury experience online and I will continue to purchase and support the Lisa Eldridge brand. She has a great team working for her!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the Lisa Eldridge brand. I have several of their lipsticks and I use Seamless foundation most days. The formulations of all of her products is incredible. Nothing feels heavy yet the pigmentation is incredible. I highly recommend this brand.
