Absolutely terrible. Ordered a swimsuit but it was badly made so I had to return the item. It was only then that I was told the return address was in China and I was to pay the return postage. The parcel apparently has been at customs in china for 4 months and customer services no longer answer my e mails. I still have not received my refund.

I've just been reading the reviews and I have had exactly the same experience. Two swimsuits arrived, which were dreadful quality and poor fit. I was offered a 15% refund which I refused. I sent them back at a further cost of £20, three days after receiving them. That was the 16th July. They're still supposedly being assessed by Chinese customs, according to the Royal Mail tracking system. The company are insisting no refund until their Chinese warehouse receives them. Royal mail can't help and I can't access the relevant Chinese postal system. This company must be making thousands, and customers are powerless to resolve their problems. Furious 😡! Does anyone out there know who can help customers obtain refunds??

Ordered a swimsuit in July and an attempt was made to deliver but they said the address was incorrect and it was being returned to the supplier. After countless emails to their helpline - ironically named - we are now in October and nothing received and no refund. The courier was apparently Chinese and they had to wait for the item to be returned to them before any refund. All a complete scam and what looks like a reputable UK company is actually Chinese - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

After ordering a swimsuit from the company I thought was based in UK as all the advertising seems to make out, it eventually arrived from CHINA!!!!
The sizing was horrendous about 3 sizes too big so I asked to send it back but of course they wouldn’t pay so I asked for refund they offered 5% ! After haggling they agreed 25% money back which they said had been processed . IT WAS NOT I wrote again and once more was told it was processed. IT WAS NOT!!
I have learnt my lesson do not believe everything you read . Make sure you look at reviews. Or JUST DON’T BUY ONLINE FROM A COMPANY YOU DON’T RECOGNISE !

poor quality and it is impossible to return goods without incurring substantial shipping costs to China, even then it’s unlikely you’ll get a refund . I know I won’t get my money back and I’m sorry for the other people that have lost their money too.
Please be aware that this company is now trading as ‘Clarke and Oxford’, they probably use other company names as ‘shop fronts’ too.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered two outfits. They arrived separately which wasn’t an issue. The first bore no resemblance in terms of quality to the photo and was of cheap quality. The second was about as cheap looking as you could get. For both I’ve had better off SHEIN!
Then try and return using their policy. You need to submit photos of the garments. They then offer you a discount in order to keep the items. When you refuse, they offer an even bigger discount. When you still say no you then get the shipping address which is in China, not the UK address they’ve been shipped from.
I returned using Royal Mail which wasn’t straight forward either as you need to complete a customs form.
I’m annoyed as I thought I was buying from a genuine UK based company. The ad did come from Facebook, but having been caught out before buying this way I went to find the actual website which looked very professional. I even checked out reviews which seemed legit, but these have now disappeared?
Long story short, my returns are still, after a week, being assessed by customs and in all honesty I doubt I’ll get my £70 back from them. I may try the bank to get my money back as I do feel it’s more of a scam.

This is a scam company. I ordered two swim suits which look fabulous on their website but in reality are poor quality, and terrible sizes. The body is baggy and huge the boobs tiny with next to no padding. They are hideous. On attempting to return they state you must ask for the address to return and the customer must pay return cost. Kind of fine. But now I have been conversing for a week and they won’t release the address to which I should return, which I now understand to be in Asia. Their aim of course is to push it to their 30 day deadline for accepting returns.
They offered to charge additional money to send the ‘right’ size. And they offered a 20% discount for me to keep these sh1tty made clothes. I fear that if I return them they will deny receipt and I will lose my £50 anyway and also be down by the cost of the postage.
They advertise as being a UK company set up by two English ladies, soon to retire. Clearly lies.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Also, because you can’t pay by PayPal there is no consumer protection .

My poor 80 year old Mum is trying to return some items put keeps getting told the following with no address or label; awful service!!
You can get a full refund if you return your ordered item(s) to our central department store. We value the eco process and want to avoid as many flights as possible. Therefore, we only have 1 central warehouse where the goods are sent to, this is very close to our factory in order to avoid as much CO2 as possible.
If returning is sitll not an option, I just consulted with my supervisor today and we can credit you (20-25%) on your total order value, you can still enjoy the item, or give it as a gift. I sincerely hope this is a good solution, normally we don't actually do this.
I tried so incredibly hard for *Customer Name* and would love to hear if you agree to this, then I will process the credit immediately!

Plays on being a UK company set up by 2 sisters but is another front for a Chinese scam company selling inferior products at inflated prices. Checked on line before I bought but Trustpilot and scam checkers gave hight confidence this was genuine.
Offered partial refund, then given a return address which, after searching, has come up under a number of scams with different company names. Eventually sent return form after numerous emails then unable to send returns without recipient telephone number, wich seller refused to provide- found generic number online for Yuangtong Express. (No2 Freight elevator on west side of 3rd floor, upstairs....)
After searching the return address it seems that others have had parcels returned and refusal of refund due to not being received.

This company is a disgrace…it took over a month to arrive and when it did it was the wrong style but to return it you have to send it back to Asia even though they advertise that they are based in London. Then they offer 15% of what you paid but you can keep the wrong item…so even though it’s their mistake they will not responsibility for it. This is on big scamming company and I would strongly recommend you do not buy from them.

The quality is absolutely appalling, poor materials, stitch work and the dress is wonky! When I tried to tell them about this the response was patronising and very helpful.

Furthermore it is noted in the "about' section that they are London based. This is not the case as the products came from abroad, it took several weeks and the quality suggests exploitation of sweat shops.

I didn't order from Lisa and LIzzy because it's clearly a scam. Great marketing with pretty photos and a clever company name that makes you think it's a couple of entrepreneurs in London, but in reality it's a cheap sweatshop in China. Any return would cost more than you paid!
