I’ve been with Lirunex for a few months now and have had nothing but good experiences so far. Deposits, withdrawals, and account setup are fast, and customer service responds quickly.
I am extremely satisfied with Lirunex. From the very beginning, the entire experience has been smooth, professional, and very customer-friendly.

Dear Lirunex Team,
I am writing this email to officially raise a serious complaint against one of your employees, Ms. Shahenaz Shaik.
The issue started when I had a client with a deposit of around $450, and I asked Ms. Shahenaz whether she could handle the client’s trading account. She clearly informed me that she was already managing multiple client accounts and agreed to manage this account as well. The agreement discussed was that profits would be shared 60% to the client and 40% to her side, from which we would further share internally.
Below are the client account details provided to her:

Before giving her the account access, I specifically and clearly warned her multiple times not to take unnecessary risks or blow the account. I only instructed her to keep the account active with controlled trading. Even small profit or small loss was acceptable because the client intended to deposit more funds in the future.
Despite my clear warning, she guaranteed me personally that nothing would happen to the account. However, by the end of the day, the account was completely blown.
After this incident, when I repeatedly tried contacting her, she stopped answering my calls and ignored my messages. Later she gave excuses saying she was attending an event and would call me back on Monday.
When I finally managed to speak with her on Monday (25 May 2026), instead of accepting responsibility professionally, she started abusing me badly over the call. The language and behavior used by her were completely unacceptable and shocking, especially coming from an employee representing Lirunex. I remained respectful during the conversation, but she continuously used abusive language which I do not even wish to mention in this email.
When I requested her to compensate the loss as per the promises and guarantees she had given earlier, she completely stopped answering my calls and disappeared from communication.
Honestly, if this is the behavior of a Lirunex employee towards partners and clients, then it seriously damages trust and professionalism. First, I trusted her because she represented your company and claimed experience in handling accounts. In the end, my client’s account was destroyed, I was abused over the phone, and then ignored completely.
I request the management and compliance team to seriously investigate this matter and provide a proper solution. I expect accountability regarding the financial loss and the unprofessional behavior shown by your employee.
I hope this complaint is taken seriously because situations like this directly affect trust in your company and its employees.

1 Star – Unfair Profit Deduction & Double Standards Toward Clients
I am writing this review to publicly raise concerns about my experience with Lirunex
because I believe the handling of my account was unfair and unreasonable.
I deposited only $500 into my trading account. During trading, my account even went into drawdown and dropped to around $200. If my trading activity was truly considered “abusive” or “high-frequency arbitrage” from the beginning, why was there no warning, restriction, or intervention when the account was losing money?
However, once I finally recovered and made some profit, the broker suddenly accused me of “latency arbitrage / high-frequency trading” and deducted my profits without fair consideration.
The most unreasonable part is:
My last 2 profitable trades were NOT high-frequency trades.
Those positions were held from around 11 PM until nearly 6–7 AM.
One of the trades shown clearly lasted overnight for many hours.
This is normal swing/intraday holding behavior, not millisecond scalping or abusive HFT execution.
Yet the broker still classified my account as violating their terms and removed profits from my account.
What disappoints me most is the inconsistency:
When clients lose money → no issue.
When clients finally make profit → suddenly accused of violations and profits removed.
If the trading style was truly not acceptable, the broker should:
Warn the client immediately.
Restrict or close the account early.
At minimum return the client’s original deposited funds fairly.
Instead, they allowed trading activity to continue while the account was fluctuating and only acted after profitable trades appeared.
I also do not believe asking for intrusive verification videos after confiscating profits is an appropriate way to treat retail clients.
I hope this review encourages the broker to:
Reconsider this case fairly.
Return client funds appropriately.
Apply rules consistently and transparently instead of selectively enforcing them only when clients become profitable.
I am willing to update or remove this review if the company resolves the issue professionally and reaches a fair solution.

on 7/mar/2026 I had trade UKOIL on lirunex ecn platform and around 5 mins before end of the market opening time, they made a bad price to clear all of my buying positions. I had to contact support. They tell me "Price may be different with other platforms I compare, and ECN account is tighter spreads (price diff 2$) " and then I sent another proof that 1 year ago I had a case like this and I take profits with this but they take it back from me and tell me " I mispricing form LP" .For 3 days I contact with support they refund me my fund, but I had lost my buying positions on that day (minimum profits on opening hour around 70000$) Then they tell me "all of result is refund me 3500$and this is persistent negotiation that the LP has agreed to provide a special compensation" I have no idea with this broker hahaha

For over a month, I traded with the exact same strategy on these accounts. During this period, Lirunex’s risk department reviewed my activity daily and approved multiple withdrawal requests on an almost daily basis. By consistently clearing these payments, Lirunex formally validated my trading as compliant. Attempting to retroactively classify these trades as "violations" only after my profits scaled is a clear act of Contractual Fraud.
2. Blatant Financial Manipulation: Three Conflicting "Final Notices"
Lirunex has issued three separate "Final Notices" within days. Despite ZERO new trading activity, the "violation amounts" manually jumped by over $15,000:
Account 569233711: Increased from $25,109 (Notice #2) to $34,831 (Notice #3).
Account 569218771: Increased from $14,666 (Notice #2) to $20,338 (Notice #3).
This proves Lirunex is not performing a technical audit but is manually fabricating figures to wipe out my account equity.
3. Breach of Z-Group (Full STP/A-Book) Warranty
My accounts were officially categorized as Z-Group, where Lirunex guaranteed that all trades are market-settled (A-Book) and withdrawals are guaranteed. As these profits were already cleared by external Liquidity Providers (LPs), Lirunex is illegally withholding funds that do not belong to the broker.
4. Illegal Cross-Account Seizure
Lirunex is now attempting to seize $5,134.90 from my compliant account (369107303), which was NEVER cited in any of their three violation notices. This is a direct violation of fund segregation protocols.
Conclusion:
I have already escalated this evidence of systemic fraud to the Financial Commission (FinaCom) and the FSC Mauritius. Investors should stay away from Lirunex, a broker that manipulates audit data and refuses to honor its own execution warranties.
I strongly reject Lirunex’s fabricated "technical analysis." Below are the facts that expose their attempt to withhold over $82,000 in legitimate profits:
1. Contradictory Compliance History: Your "Risk and Dealing teams" approved nearly 30 consecutive daily withdrawals for my accounts over the past month. If "latency arbitrage" existed, a legitimate STP broker’s automated risk system would have flagged it within 24 hours. Retroactively applying "statistical analysis" only after I accumulated significant profits is a clear sign of bad faith.
2. Financial Data Manipulation: Between your Notice #2 and Notice #3, the alleged "violation amount" increased by over $15,000 on accounts with zero new trading activity. This proves your figures are not from a "progressive audit" but are manually inflated numbers designed to match and seize my total account equity.
3. Breach of Senior Management’s Warranty: Your senior representative, Howard Wong, explicitly confirmed in writing that Z-Group (A-Book) accounts are fully protected and eligible for profit withdrawals because all trades are cleared via external Liquidity Providers (LPs). Your current response directly contradicts your own management’s formal guarantee.
4. Violation of Prior Precedent: Lirunex has previously audited similar trading patterns and ruled that Z-Group (A-Book) trades are compliant while only adjusting B-Book profits. Re-auditing and invalidating the same set of trades now—simply because the payout is larger—violates the principle of consistency and financial integrity.
5. The A-Book Logic: You admit these are STP trades. This means the profits have already been settled and paid to Lirunex by your LPs. By seizing these funds, you are not "protecting the market"—you are unjustly enriching the brokerage with money that belongs to the client.
I have already submitted all evidence, including chat logs of internal warranties and screenshots of your conflicting audit notices, to The Financial Commission (FinaCom) and FSC Mauritius. I will not be silenced by manipulated spreadsheets while my legitimate funds are being illegally withheld.

The Issues I Encountered:
Arbitrary Profit Deduction: Initially, Lirunex deducted several of my profits, claiming they were "unrealistic." This is a major red flag; if a broker can simply decide which winning trades they want to honor, they cannot be trusted.
Forced Account Closure: Following the profit deduction, they requested a video verification and instructed me to withdraw my remaining balance and close my account.
Missing Funds: I followed all their instructions and submitted my total withdrawal request. It has now been nearly two weeks, and the funds have still not reached my bank account.
Unhelpful Support: I have contacted their customer service multiple times for an update. Every single response is a generic template. There is zero transparency regarding the status of my money or what is causing the delay.
Final Verdict:
It feels like Lirunex is intentionally delaying my payment after already stripping away my earned profits. A reputable broker does not treat its clients this way. Save your capital and stay away from Lirunex unless you want your funds stuck in a cycle of "processing" and template emails.

Broker Review – Lirunex (My Experience)
I am writing this review to share my real experience with Lirunex, so other traders can understand the risks before using this broker.
I requested a crypto withdrawal of $1,780 (USDT) on February 3, 2026.
Normally, my withdrawals were processed within one hour.
However, this time the request stayed in “Processing” for more than three days.
After I followed up, Lirunex informed me that they had “identified a violation” on my account and that my withdrawal would not be processed.
Later, I received an official email stating that:
1. My withdrawal was rejected
2. $2,877.40 of my balance was voided
The reason was a violation of Section 9 – Improper or Abusive Trading (Abnormal trades)
3. They stated that only my initial capital would be returned, and all profits were canceled
This decision was made after I requested a withdrawal, not when the trades were placed.
There was no warning, no real-time restriction, and no prior notice while trading.
As a trader, this is extremely concerning.
Even if a broker claims “abnormal trading,” the rules should be enforced before allowing profits to accumulate — not only when a withdrawal is requested.
This creates a serious trust issue.
I am now waiting for the broker to:
1. Finalize the void process
2. Restore my remaining capital
3. Allow me to withdraw
I am sharing this experience so other traders can be aware of how this broker handles accounts once a withdrawal is requested.
Please trade carefully and understand the risks.

We've worked with multiple brokers as an IB since 2013, but this is the first time we’ve seen a broker suddenly reduce and then suspend rebates without any explanation or email notice. In May, IB reports stopped generating and were only restored by late June—alongside an unexplained rebate cut from $1 to $0.3. Despite this, our traders continued trading, yet since September 2025, no rebates have been credited. All attempts to contact the broker since early October have been ignored. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this broker—lack of transparency and communication suggests serious reliability issues.
