I requested a re-visit as the machine…
I requested a re-visit as the machine stopped working again. The call logging system had a "Fault" so I had to chase several times before an engineer visit was allocated. The engineer still couldn't fix the machine and we have been told it will take another week to order a part and engineer to return. We have asked for a temporary machine but apparently this service isn't available.

Water dispenser installation
Sarhan Harhara came to fit our water dispenser, he really went above and beyond and was professional at all times. Made sure the job was done throughly and checked our other liquid line appliances before leaving. Great service throughout.

Improved Service
I struggle with our coffee machine at times.....it seems very temperamental. The biggest improvement for me is in the customer service. If I can't sort it out myself it's because I've tried pretty much everything I know, and what I can google. In the past it has been very difficult to actually get an engineer to visit and this means muddling through. The last few times I have called have resulted in a visit and this is by far the best way.....each time they have been very thorough, explaining the mechanics and especially David put up with my never-ending questions. Great company, good response times
Ease of booking order online is great and delivery is super fast which is commendable. I don't have any issues with the company but I do with their courier company, I have repeatedly requested they deliver to the person on the order in Service Reception, they persistently deliver through our MOT shutter door which is against H&S and VOSA guidelines and I don't know it's even been delivered
