I ordered a pet water dispenser. Initially this took a while to arrive so I contacted them and their reply was swift and curteous. I also received another e-mail the following day explaining the issues they were having with Royal Mail, hence the delay. The item arrived shortly afterwards which I was delighted with.
Their service and customer care was excellent - personal, helpful and always polite! 😃

So as excited as I was I am so disappointed because most of this was NOT household. It’s a great shame as I was going to do TikTok reviews on mystery boxes and this was to be my first but didn’t do it because I didn’t want my first one to be so bad.

Delivery also took a very very long time thanks to Royal Mail sending it to the wrong sorting / delivery office and then they left it out in the rain (cardboard box!) so it was squashed and soaked.

Very disappointed as I had so many plans to review and hoped for more good things to say other than the candles were nice!

I’ve ordered twice now and haven’t been disappointed. I loved the idea of the candle box so have had 2 and the quality and variety of the candles are brilliant. Stocked up for a while now but will be buying these on repeat. Delivery is quick too.. very happy to use this company over again

Bought a lot of hair products from a brand that is stocked by top retailers. The prices were great,l so I stocked up. The packing was good and it arrived in about 5 days. I'm highly likely to buy from this company in the future. :)

This was my first order with this company , I ordered over the bank holiday weekend and even tho my parcel was despatched straightaway by the Liquidation Store, it had got caught up in RM backlog caused by the BH , I dealt with Kris at Liquidation Store and his customer service was first class , kept me updated at all stages , responded straightaway to my emails , and very responsive - great items , great prices and such good value , despatched quickly and excellent customer service will definitely purchase again and recommend to family and friends

I ordered a beauty mystery box and a kids (girls ages 5-9) mystery box. The beauty one was fine except a shower gel was burst opened and there was an empty box with an item missing from it. But I got about 23 decent items in total. I was buying to resell, so I grouped the items together into categories and managed to create beauty bundles and made a very small profit. Wasn't impressed by the kids box as the contents were disappointing. It was made up of random parts from board games, duplicate items (e.g. four boxes of the exact same 8pk of crayons), some other random junk (e.g. a keyring from a game nobody has ever heard of), and water beads, which are dangerous and can be fatal for kids. The packaging was outdated so no safety warnings etc. I wouldn't bother buying a kids box again but maybe in the future will try another beauty box or the hair care one as they seem to have some decent brands. I will also say that there is apparently zero customer service because I reached out to them a few times and nobody ever even so much as acknowledged my emails. I like the idea of saving items from the landfills and having this opportunity to resell some items, but it wasn't a positive first experience for me.

I bought 3 lovely Pecksniff candles at a very good price.
One arrived broken, but a replacement was sent out very quickly, cannot fault customer services!

There's the old saying when something looks to good to be true then it usually is. This goes for the Liquidation Store. Lots of social media posts of people opening parcels with a miriad of contents. When it came down to it their "mystery" boxes are a total waste of money. Filled with tat and items that you just can't use. We had ordered two, one household one beauty. The beauty box had more make up than skin or hair care. So if you're not into make up then they are useless. The box was also filled with samples, something you get for free. The worst of it though was the household box. The website promises:

The picture for the listing has lots of high end looking items. What we got was cheap tat and items that would be absolutely useless. From our box the only thing we'll be keeping is a candle, the rest unfortunately will go to a charity shop. There was no bedding, soft furnishings, throws, tableware etc etc. We got a box of erasers, a keyring, testosterone tablets, 3 suction cups, a comb, a Mister Men book and other weird and useless items. There isn't anything worth selling on either. There's lots of items that are the same that are listed on eBay for a couple of quid. Their customer service was shocking. The first message we sent didn't even get an answer to the questions we raised. The second saying that as a "mystery" box then the items we received fall into that category. We totally understand that you can't pick your items but as it says on the website that the household box is worth £100 then they are very much pushing their luck. The social media posts are obviously just a marketing ploy. Don't waste your money. If the quality of their boxes doesn't change then customers will quickly fall by the wayside. The other thing to add is if you're looking for a quick delivery then that won't happen either.

I bought one of the Amazon boxes - I don’t think it was worth the £30. Many products for men specifically. 90% straight in a charity bag.

Purchased a mystery box of beauty & makeup products for fair skin. I loved it, a good variety of items and some really special ones that I can’t wait to try. First time ever buying a mystery box but I will definitely buy again in the future.

Delivery was very fast, and I was very pleased with the contents in both.
I had an issue with the delivery company for my second order. When I contacted liquidation store, they were kind, friendly, and they sorted it there and then.
I will definitely be ordering more

I bought the mystery box, there were a few items I wouldnt use so donated them to charity shop. I wouldn't buy again but will be looking at the household box next.

I ordered two mystery boxes one toddler and baby and one baby and pregnancy extremely disappointed read the description of what could be included and thought not too bad, however receive clothing items that where gender specific not stated clothes included and considering they do boxes with a choice for clothes and gender choice I assumed they wouldn’t be included as not an option in what you could receive. out of the list for both boxes I didn’t receive any books, blankets, towels or tethers, no bubble bath or baby bath related things , all the mum products in the pregnancy box are sample size and you just get multiple of the same product, no plates or suction plate, no dummies and no feeding kits or gift sets. The only thing ticked of on the list of what you might get where a crap ton of baby cups and bottle teats with no bottle, did get a car organiser and toddler milestone cars , (only three things from two separate listings actually met). also crap like earmuffs again not stated in the list of stuff a paper pad and learning mats. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re looking based on the list in the description

I love the fact that all the products are categorised to make browsing so much easier. The discounted prices are just amazing and it was super easy for me to browse the home section as I was after some candles for my home after a long absence from home. The choices were just amazing and I could have bought a lot more than I actually did! Delivery was super quick too!. I will definitely back to shop for more!

Have bought loads of different things from Liquidation Store...everything has been fantastic. Great quality and comes well packed. Some great bargains to be had on their site.
