Order lost in transit
Well to be honest I was going to give them less stars. But I reached out to Liquid London about my order since it had been about a week or two since I made the order and the tracking did not move. So like I said I reached out and Nikki answered my email within 12 hours or so and told me what had happened. She immediately offered me a refund or to try a new order free of charge, I choose the order and even got a gift with it for free! 10 Stars to Nikki for the fast help and kind words!

Smell doesn’t last
I saw this advertised and after reading positive reviews thought i’d risk it. It’s true the smell is lovely but it doesn’t last long unfortunately. I put it on as i would my usual perfume and couldn’t smell it after 3 hours.

The kind and professional help I had from Mashal
I placed an order that I needed changing directly after paying and a kind person named Mashal did it personally with no hesitation, which i really did appreciate.

My experience was a positive one my parcel arrived after a short delay but that proved to be a courier error. Contact with Gareth at customer service was easy and effective and with his help the package was found. The packaging was excellent and the item delivered was safe and as expected.

Damaged item
I ordered 2 bottles of perfume. On receipt one of them was completely broken. I emailed & recieved a prompt reply saying that they would send a replacement immediately.

Something went wrong as I was checking out, which meant the company didnt have a record of my order but payment was pending according to my records.

Nikki is fabulous as is the product
I purchased the liquid London, and my order didn't arrive when it was expected by EVRI. EVRI does not provide a great service.
This does not reflect on the seller as they have been fabulous
I contacted seller and team member Nikki replied, and I communicated with Nikki a good few times, and I have to say Nikki has been absolutely amazing. I was kept up to date with immediately and then for the days that followed. Nikki also followed up with further emails to advise of updates and that my purchase was at my chosen delivery safe place, which was fabulous. I have to say the smell it truly amazing, and I can't wait to purchase the next bottles. Thanks Nikki you are amazing 🥰
