I placed an order with royal mail…
I placed an order with royal mail express delivery and it didnt come it stated it had been delivered but i checked every where and i couldnt find my order. So i emailed liquid london and told them what had happened and hassan and anas were amazing they had a look what happened to my order and it had got lost some how but they offered me a full refund or another order with express delivery. So i chose another order. It arrived within 2 days of me emailing them and they both were very sincer and lovely and apologised for what happen. And sent me another apology email and next time i make an order with them i get a discount code once ive email them to say i making a new order woth them. Hats off to asan and hassan very understanding and great custumer service provided from both of them

A pleasant enough smell when first applied but literally disappears within a few minutes. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll stick to the ’Savage’, I know it lasts and I get complimented on it.

Not over impressed but thanks to Peter
Well. Like a lot of others I never received my order either.. it took me lots of emails to actually get attention.
Peter was amazing in the end and re sent my spray of which I have now received so hats off to Peter.
As far as the actual spray, first thoughts it’s not overly loved by me .. my other half said it smells cheap and prefers my YSL (Libra) so maybe I would and should have saved ££. Been so long I forgot how much it was. Would I buy again ?? First impressions is a No.

It's poor
It's poor, no one smelt it and actually thought I wasn't wearing any aftershave whatsoever and only wearing Lynx Africa!
Says it all really doesn't it! I bought TWO BOTTLES initially which were dire. Then the company sent another bottle from a 'new' batch. Must say the, 'new,' batch was just the same as the, 'old,' batch poor! If I could give ZERO stars I would. A waste of money.

Great customer service
On me contacting liquid.london when I hadn’t received my order due to delivery issues beyond their control they got back to me really quickly and posted me another one as a matter of urgency and I received it within a couple of days . When I received the original snd I contacted them to send one back I was told I could keep both . Great customer services … Sameer

I purchased a lovely aftershave & after a couple of squirts, unfortunately the spray part stopped working. The customer service team plus Gareth & Yaseen were fantastic help.
No problem sending me a replacement. Highly recommend them!

Great customer service
Adam was very quick at replying to my email regarding a faulty bottle of perfume and after sending in a video of the spray not working a replacement was on its way in less than 24 hours without me even having ask for one.
Great customer service, I am a very happy customer.

Always check your delivery address!
I had just completed my order, I should have checked everything was correct. The delivery address was my old address, I don't order very often hence the mix-up. Fired off a quick email explaining the situation, I needed the address changed. Nikki responded quickly, she managed to access my order and changed it. Because I acted quickly Nikki was able to intercept my order before it entered the automation sequence.
