Customer Service Does Not Respond
I have been trying to contact lip monthly for two months to cancel my subscription. I received my first lip kit and wanted to cancel immediately bc I was not satisfied with the products I received. Their FAQ says you have to login to your account on their website to cancel but I have tried every email I have and it says there is no account with that email in their system. I originally signed up through an Instagram ad. I have tried contacting Customer Service through their chat/leave a message feature multiple times and have never been contacted back. Since trying to cancel I have received and been charged for two additional months. I will have to resort to disputing charges with my bank now because no one from Lipmonthly will contact me!
Worst company ever!
I could not cancel my subscription because it said no account for me! Then I’ve sent about 10 emails with no response! So now on the phone with cc trying to dispute the latest charge and change my cc number. They never sent the last order but charged me a month ago. They are a total scam. The first bag came but awful colors. There is no phone number to call. Don’t waste your time on them. They will just take your money!
You will never be able to cancel or change your address
I requested to cancel on Jan 20 2020. I have sent multiple “messages” through their “customer service” option. Their CS doesn’t even exist because I’ve never gotten a response. They are still charging my card. I changed my address to make sure I got the pkg to my correct address because I knew they wouldn’t cancel my account & the tracking is being delivered today at my old address in a different state. They SUCK. Their quality of products is ridiculous and the colors are like when and where the hell would I even wear this. I’m so upset they are still taking my money but there is no number to call. UGH! I recommend NEVER getting involved with them.

I cancelled my subscription for a couple of reasons. 1st was it literally took a month after payment for them to ship my order out. I get most subscriptions usually take 5 to 10 business days to ship but theirs took over that. I finally received my Jan bag on Feb. 4th 2020. Then when I received it the products came in a box which would of been fine if the would have included the makeup bag that is shown with your order. The products I received where nice except the illuminati liquid luxe lip gloss the lid was cracked and I am so upset that this will ruin the integrity of the product. I did email them on Feb 4th an in process if waiting on my reply

So i was excited when i came across lip monthly i wish i had read the reciews first! They took my money as soon as i ordered yet i still haven't recieved my bag or a tracking number or anything! I have messages them several times all i get is an email saying your ticket has been sent and gives me a ticket or claim number but they never have e mailed called nothing! Horrible customer service! I cancelled my subscription! Don't waste your time!
Not Worth It
This company is very good at charging your credit card on time, but not so good at delivering their product on time or responding to customer service issues. I enjoyed the samples I received but the shipping mishaps & lack of customer service were deal breakers for me.

I didn't have a problem with the products but I got the wrong bag my first month of subscribing and reached out to customer service and at first it looked good. I was helped and was told they'd get the correct bag out and keep me updated. I never heard from them again. Ive reached out multiple times and nothing. So, I've given up and will never see the product I was supposed to get in the first place. The product I paid for. Buyer beware.

Not worth it at all! My products aren't full size like they advertise! Idk who the products are for?!?!? I received a green lip liner which will never be used idk who would! I also received a sparkly lip gloss that a little girl would wear, another lip liner and scrub...I imagined way better products because they are suppose to cost $50+ looks like they came from the dollar store! There isn't even a lipstick which I thought was the whole idea! Bad so bad! Cancelled after my first bag

I love any lip products. I was super excited when I came across the Lip Monthly subscription. I paid for a 3 month subscription in the beginning of October. I was told my first package would ship out Oct. 15. However, it is Nov. 6. I have emailed Lip Monthly 3x over the last few weeks. They provided an tracking number on 11/1 but when I contacted DHL they explained a tracking request was made however the product was never provided for transit. I am beyond disappointed and just want a refund. Any suggestions on a reliable lip subscription.

I love it so far but I do think a few things need to change like we should be able to take a quiz that lets us tell what color would work best and the idea of a one non lip product I don’t like the reason I wanted this because it’s just for lips and I got ispy for my other makeup so I just need the lip stuff. I love the little bags it’s comes in so cute.

I received my 1st bag. So far I like it. It would be neat if you could take a lip quiz to personalize it a little more (for example: just in case reds aren't for you and you might get a bag with all red sometime) but so far so good. I was happy.
Not bad start...but would like to see some improvements
I just received my first bag a couple weeks ago, and overall I’d say I’m a satisfied customer. Two of the products I received in September’s bag were SUPER close to being the same shade. You have to look super close at swatches side by side to see the slight difference. The shades really DO look quite different in their tubes though, so maybe they were unaware of how similar they were once applied. The little bag that my lip products arrived in is pretty cute. I’m almost tempted to say that the material it’s made from feels low-quality, but on a personal side-note, I had a fleeting thought of trying to start a subscription service of my own a little while back, and after doing some research on startup costs, packaging prices, customization costs etc, I have a WHOLE new respect & appreciation for the ‘up & comer’ or still fairly new & smaller scale subscription providers!! Definitely room for some improvements and customization options but for the affordable price that it is & the fact that it’s all FULL-SIZE products, I think this is actually an excellent start, and am looking forward to seeing what they have to offer in the months to come.

I don’t know if new management has come in since then or something but so far, I’ve had no issues with shipping/receiving. Might be a touch behind what most would assume the ‘normal’ schedule should be as far as delivery dates, but the shipper can only control the actual process of transit and delivery to a certain extent...**

Let's just start from the beginning. Price - I would like cheaper price but who doesn't want to pay less for anything. So it's not that big of an issue for me. Bag - I would like a bigger bag for $12 a month. I feel like it is a tight fit in the bag. Bigger bag means I will carry it around and when people ask about it I can promote Lip Monthly. Product Card - Add the value of the product. I want to see that I am getting a deal. Product - full size product is great and at least 4 of them is great too. That's deal if I could use all of them. More lip gloss and more colors/shade that anyone can wear. STOP the bright pink. Not everybody can wear that. Otherwise this bag is pretty awesome. Just a few things to work on but not enough to make me cancel. Keep up the good work.

I joined in August 2019 and I have to say I loved everything in my bag!! Its packaging was beautiful and all the products in it were great!! Highly recommend....I am still waiting on my Sept bag but hopefully it to is worth the wait!!

Great items - love the variety!
4 great items came in my first bag. A great lipstick and lip gloss that went really well together; a lip oil (I've never tried lip oil); and a really bright pink lip liner. The lip liner has me scratching my head about how to use it, but I love that there are products I've never used before. For the price, it's worth it if only one item is great, and to be able to try new things is a bonus!
