From the collection they have (sunglasses I wanted were sold out everywhere but they still had it) to the order confirmation and follow up, everything smooth. Delivery within promised 4 working days fully traceable (Netherlands). Keep it up!

Received glasses to Ireland very quickly with tracking in place. Even though the glasses didn’t fit, returned them for free and got refund also fast and smooth literally within couple of business days.

How can I give 6 stars?
I ordered a pair of custom sunglasses and the process was so smooth and fast. Ottica Lipari's custom service was kind and quick to reply. I ordered the sunnies on Friday and they arrived to my door in Finland on Tuesday, which I find super fast and especially for a custom made product.
One of the best experiences I've had with online shopping!
