No matter how many times I send them…
No matter how many times I send them the requested documents, they always reject it. I don't know what else they want. Yet they've accepted proof of ID and 2 forms of PayPal documents... ALL to which have my name and address on. I can't call them because the number for jumpman gaming is invalid. I've sent them numerous emails requesting them to accept the stuff. I wouldn't be so bothered, but I've got money waiting to be withdrawn but I can't do anything until they accept the documents as they've put a block on the account to stop me depiinf and withdrawing!

Avoid at all cost!
It would be nice in advance if they told you they need about 7+ proofs of ID before you can make a withdrawal, and it's not clear how many times you have to wager your bonus, or how many deposits you have to make. Feel completely scammed, and will go back to my trusted gambling sites.

Have to say staff were very rude not in the right job hospitaly is about making people feel welcome and they did not do this.
Every order we placed on the app arrived incorrect and when we mentioned this they gave us attitude and made us feel like it was our fault and an inconvenience.
I wouldn't go back there under any circumstances
