The I.O.P program has helped me so much, it is nice to know that there are other people that have been through the same thing as you. Lynn who heads my I.O.P group is encouraging and present great educational tools. She encourages the group to interact and steps in when needed. The education portion of the I.O.P is very helpful, as well. My individual counselor Alley, has been very helpful with the issues I have, as well as, helping me navigate through the phase work. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to take their life back.

The Lionrock program is the way to do recovery in my opinion. Everyone, from the intake person on the first call to the counselors were professional and caring. I wondered about the effectiveness on an online program but I would had never had the diverse experience in a residential setting.

Learning the story is always the same and you are not alone in your struggles no matter what they are is very helpful to learn and believe.

Lionrock Recovery likely saved my life. Not knowing how to stop is what kept me from seeking support and help. A part of me believed that I was beyond help, because I didn’t find alignment with existing programs. I can’t really imagine how my life would be what it is without the support of my small group programs and my therapist. If you want to uncover the life you can have without dependency, this program is it! No shame, no blame, no endless ruminating for years about the same thing— only freedom, promise, and compassion. You are worthy. Call them!

From the beginning, Lionrock has been a major factor in my recovery, especially the fact that it is self-paced! Sometimes taking things slower is what you need, and until you feel confident going out on your own - you have that choice! Not to mention the informational and supportive instructors who are willing to listen and educate. You will leave with more coping skills and HOPE.

Lionrock is a great place for recovering addicts. The IOP are well planed. The councilors are very good at their craft. I would recommend Lionrock to anybody in the future. Solid as a rock!

Lionrock is a vital part of my recovery.
I found Lionrock through my insurance. They did my intake the next day and shortly thereafter I had a group to go to and an individual therapist. Groups are run three times a week at the beginning, and we see a therapist weekly. I have found groups to be incredibly useful, learning so much about myself and how I can repair myself mentally and emotionally to benefit my recovery. We are given homework, called Phase work, to learn about ourselves. We get feedback from both our individual therapist and the group. Another benefit with group is a strong sense of community which makes us feel we are not alone. We have a support system. The therapists are amazing! They have amazing insight, and this helps us learn about ourselves. The group hosts are also trained in this field and lead the group with compassion and provide tools we can use to help in recovery. I would recommend Lionrock to anyone, 100%. I have been ten plus months, and I feel great. Do not hesitate to call them today.

The support of my therapist and group therapist was tremendous. Their knowledge and experience taught me solid skills to remain sober. The phase work was also effective. I was hesitant to attend only on line but the connection with the group was awesome.

Lionrock has changed my life. I joined in January 2021, since then I have grown, leaps and bounds!
Within the first three months I was a different person, I have lost weight, I meditate everyday, I am about to get my drivers license for the first time in over a decade, and my father bought me a car so I can continue to grow and move forward.
My friends and family have noticed a significant change in my appearance and my attitude. The skills and tools I have learned from Lionrock are imprinting in my mind as I continue the program and I hope to incorporate all of them into my thought process as I embrace my future and life on life’s terms.

I have little experience with other recovery treatment programs but from what I do know Lionrock goes above and beyond what insurance expects and what clients expect in comparison to other places.

I did have experience in a rehab that after 2 weeks had me sitting on my suitcases in the street after an hour of finding out my insurance declined. Businesses do that.
But that is not Lionrock.

The group and individual counselors from my experience not only have the education to do the job but the experience to help understand what we are going through. It's helpful in so many ways, including, as an example that long term recovery is real.

I haven't heard of an IOP with such a thorough program. I was resentful at first and procrastinated but eventually started "working" on it. Eventually I discovered it was cathartic and even a joy to go through the processes. I was motivated and interested. Suddenly, I was flying through it. It was no longer "work".

I completed my program a couple of weeks ago and simply put, I am a better person for what I have taken away from my experience at Lionrock.

This has been an absolute game-changer for my recovery. As I approach one year of sobriety, I look back and know that I could not have done it without Lionrock. I feel 100% supported by the staff, my therapist, and the groups. I've made friends in the groups who now feel like family. This is not my first time getting sober and I was initially skeptical about trying another IOP. But Lionrock takes an extremely well-rounded curriculum and marries it with an attentive, open-minded, positive outlook. Lionrock has given me the tools to build a life I don't have to recover from, and I am forever grateful.

Lionrock helped me when i needed it most. A time in my life where I needed alot of help and they helped me understand alot about myself. I have been coming to LR for 3+ years now. I keep coming back because this is the longest I have been sober (truly clean and sober) in all of my years of trying to stay clean and sober. I've tried other programs and just didn't feel as though I fit in. I do not feel this way at LR. I not only show up consistently to my meetings now but I have also begun to engage in the CommUnity meetings and much to my own surprise, I keep coming back....(-;

What a life changer!! I have been through other treatment programs, AA, etc and finally found the program that fit and worked for me! I found Lionrock through their podcast and called the next day. I loved my one on one counselor, my group meetings and those facilitators, and I actually really appreciated the phase work we had to do. For the first time ever, I had to work through my past trauma and issues. Sharing these with my counselor and the group and getting feedback on it was so therapeutic and like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I live in a small town that's pretty remote, so there's not much for treatment options. That's what made Lionrock such a wonderful choice for me, because I could sit at home and connect with counselors and my groups via zoom meetings. After I graduated and finished their IOP, several of the gals from my group and I still meet weekly via zoom, and I feel like I have virtual sober best friends. Thank you to all of the staff and founders for creating the Lionrock program. I would recommend this program to anyone!!

I am so glad I found Lionrock! Everyone working there was so understanding and supportive. My hours of employment shifts around and they were very accommodating. They found me a perfect group to join to ensure trust and comfort. I will always be grateful to Lionrock for helping me become a healthier, stronger person.

Lionrock changed my life completely!!! I signed up expecting to learn how to simply not drink. Learn some hobbies, figure out why I was drinking. It is so much more than that!! I'm going on 6 months sober, I've learned how to have compassion for myself, accept my past and most of all, I have HOPE! I haven't felt this great in 30 years! The counselors are AMAZING and the groups, well they have become my family! It's hard work but what you get out of it is totally worth it!! Lionrock changed my life and I'll forever be thankful!
