I regularly order from Meats by
Linz on holidays because I’m from Cal city/hammond but I moved to florida and missed their products. Imagine my surprise to find I somehow had ordered a ginormous 12 pound brisket last week!!! 3 days before Easter!!! Where to put it, thaw it, cook it!? I had to rearrange my fridge n get a new cooking pan! Luckily when I called Linz for tips/crisis assistance I got the nicest woman on the phone who talked me down n gave me cooking tips! She even made me laugh about the situation !The BIG Brisket thawed in 2 days as she’d predicted n I was able to cut it n freeze 1/3 of it. The 2/3 I cooked turned out to be most delicious, tender, flavorful, n the hit of the holiday. It was a memorable feast ! I’m so glad I also got the chateaubriand because that’s being cooked next week! I know it’s going to be delectable! Meats by Linz is always stellar!

I ordered dry aged burgers, ground beef and Long Island steaks, all fantastic! I’ve had several purchases from Linz and every time the products are amazing, fast shipping with dry ice in an insulated cooler. Highly recommend and will order from again!

It is really very simple. Your steaks are absolutely great. Other companies like Allen Brothers are cutting corners everywhere they can.

The Linz website is easy to navigate and the product selection is great! Every product that we have tried thus far is top-notch. The meat is superior to anything we've found elsewhere and the other items we've tried are also excellent. Delivery was quick and on time. The products were fantastic!

My order included a brisket that had about a 4”-5” wide strip of the fat cap cut out so that it was completely bare down to the meat running down the center from point to flat.

The steak is amazing. Cannot go out to dine for a better steak. Love having our freezer filled with the various cuts ready to thaw upon demand. Pair with a baked potato and salad and you have two $100 plates for a fraction of the cost.

Ordering is very simple, and you don't require customers to purchase multiple items to be able to place an order. Also, delivery is unbelievably quick!

Great meat! The dry aged is the way to go. I don’t ever recall making. Dry aged steak for myself. However, the NY strip was fantastic. I would definitely order again.

The packaging was great and the shipping was fast. The quality of the product was so much better than Crowd Cow, Allen Brothers, and Holy Grail. I actually cancelled my monthly beef subscription with Crowd Cow. Linz is my new go-to for all my premium meats.
