Not able to register linxdot miner to helium network because of onboards remaining on 0.There is no more funds on linxdot network,so i am not able to register it.After several days still not fixes.Shame on you linxdot.I have sent several mails to tech support all i can hear are stupid promises it will be addes to the network today,than tomorrow and etc....One word not satisfied with linxdot.Maybe router quality is good but to register it it doesnt work.

I ordered in October 2021 and until now, September 16, 2022, I hear only excuses from them about the delay in production and shipment. I'm starting to think they're scammers!

I bought 2 miners mArch 18, 2022 and all I have got is excuses. At this point i do believe they are running a scam. I have asked for the miners or my money back. Is there legal action we can take against this company?

Total scam, I bought a miner 4 months ago and they keep copy and pasting the same message. They won’t give you any refund neither send you any miner. Completely joke

I’m suing them now, please send me your case through trashlebenatgmaildotcom to move a lawsuit against them. We need to stop this bs company to scam people.

I have been struggling to get my money back since April now.. canceled my order on 26-4, on 22-5 they decided to ship my miners (3x) anyway, I did not accept the package and it was shipped back. On 6-6 they informed me money will be back in 2-4 weeks, on 11-8 they informed me money will take 5+ months more and now today they informed me that they cannot give me any money back but they are happy to send my package again. This is a total scam and I will make work of this. Any news from any of you yet?

I haven't received the hotspots after over 9 months from order while it was mentioned 3 months when i ordered.
I asked for refund and they won't answer my message or request at all.

Cancelled my order and never got my money refunded. Linxdot were trying several times to postpone payment with the excuse of slow payment processor, but in the end they never payed back. Linxdot are robbing people.

I did the preorder in Nov or Dec 2021 first of all it took veeery long to get a delivery mail. Then every two weeks they told me that the delivery will be delayed. So in April 2022 I cancled my order. They told me that the refund process needs time up to 8 weeks… now we have end of August! Still no money…

Keep your hands away from thos company!

I've made Linxdot a fortune by promoting and selling their miner, but after 6 months, still no affiliate payments! They are obviously keeping the owed money on their balance sheet as long as possible to artificially increase the value of the company! Unacceptable! Pay your affiliates what they are owed!

This company is especially designed to rip you off.
Thier goal is to sell overpriced rassbery PIs in cheap plastic cases. If you once opened them you know what i mean. But this is not the problem. The problem is, that they do not obey the law.

I canceled my order start of may 2022, and i was told this is not possible because the article is already shipped. This is 3 month from now. I did not receive any article. According to my lawer they are fully in charge to give me a refund, but they do not care. They take your money and run.

Do not buy from this company. I returned several products due to the late delay of delivery by several months. They have received the items back and said they would issue a refund. That was over 3 months ago! I am still waiting for my refund! each time I contact them they blame their payment provider who 'only releases refunds in batches'!
15/11/22 update: Still no refund and still the same excuse -- issues with their payment provider. Now having to look at going to small claims court if no reply from their London office.

Update: following further messages to the company they have now replied saying refunds can take up to 5 months to clear!!! So from their own website stating refund within 14 days, it is now 5 months!!
So still the worst customer service going!!

They have taken no responsibility for providing a refund which they have a legal responsibility to do.

I have never heard of any legit company repeatedly blaming their payment provider for several months and not doing anything to correct the issue.

Please save your money and the stress and look to another company to provide the products you need.

Remember Linxdot customers only get refunds in 'batches' and that could take months..... if at all you receive a refund.

Without a doubt, the worst service I have received from any company.

Have now had to send a recorded letter to Linxdot London informing them that I now have to take a legal route to get my money back and as usual no reply back from them.

Make sure that if you also have an outstanding refund to now follow all legal avenues to get your money back. Linxdot clearly have no intentions of refunding people. Use the citizen advice website to start you off, they will provide all the necessary information and links especially to The Government Tradings Standards.

Do not buy this product. I bought 6, took 6 months to come, then the price collapsed, returned the items for a refund and now ignoring emails. £3000 worth of goods and zero customer service

I don't have any experience with your devices, but I think I'll learn. Overall the delivery was excellent and I am happy with the site service.

Ordered a miner. waited for more than half year.
Got stuck at customs. As per linxdot advice, rejected the package and waited for the refund.
package arrived at linxdot warehouse, was told to wait 4 to 8 weeks for the refund!!
Still waiting.....

Works well, installation is not dificult but confusing because lots of new terms appear to newbies like me.
The led status still made me spend some time since lots of red lights show and in the beginning because nothing happens for a while there is doubt regarding so many red lights.
An explanation regarding when to use the Linxdot app vs the Hellium explorer and Helium Wallet also confused me.
I did a quick install with antenna shipped with the Linxdot and said it was at 1m height and 3dB just to get it configured and after installed a 9bDi at height of 10m. I was then surprised that I would be charges 1000000DC, I now understand it is not much but when taking out of the box these issues hurt.
I know Linxdot is not responsable for Helium technical explanations but a quick start guide with an intro to these basic points would improve customer satisfaction.

We FOOLISHLY bought 5x of these plastic boxes and in 3+ months NOT 1 OF THEM HAVE WORKED AS PROMISED!
The WORST PART IS Linxdot's NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! we got a reply back to 1 of many many email and online requests for help and nothing else in 3 months of trying!
We have these units in different locations and cities over 2 countries, so we can only guess that this is another crypto scam company because these people simply REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THEYVE TAKEN YOUR $2,500 and you've waited 7-8 months for delivery!

My miner has never worked. It's just sitting there, I contacted the Twitter page and support. Either I get this thing operational or I would like my money back because it came with no instructions or anything
