Lovely product and good value.
Customer service was excellent

I ordered of there own website not Amazon placed an order of the diffuser a bottle of oil, only have received the oil have emailed twice no answer and suprise surprise they do not have a contact number, should have got it on prime would have had it by now and not chasing an order they do not care about.

Well made product and the smell of there oils is amazing. Love how its rechargeable and you don't need water. If there was one little negative it was that the wooden box with the collection of oils was all scratched and the corner was slightly damaged so I couldn't display it. But the actual diffuser is lovely 😍

Great looking diffuser, good quality. Love the fact I don’t have to dilute oil; it smells much better.

Lovely packaging presentation, Bought 2 waterless diffusers. Mine is perfect. The second one is a Christmas gift, so still boxed. Now to test out the oils - That's going to be fun! I am battling to get the plastic stoppers out of the bottles though. Any tips? (I know I can use the spare bottles) - Thank you for your great service :)

Beautifully packaged, quick delivery, and just a lovely thing to have in the car. Not too overwhelming, in fact positively pleasant, and extremely quiet.

The diffuser works verywell, is aesthetically pleasing and easy to carry anywhere. I am about tobuy one more and will buy more to make gifts. The delivery of thediffuser was quick but expect the essential oils, if you order someat the same time as the diffuser, to arrive separately a few daysafterwards. I contacted the company by email when I received the diffuser as the essential oils were not with it. They very promptly and effectively replied to me. There was a warning on the initial order telling that the oils would arrive separately from the diffuser and that I did not see. They kindly brought this warming to my attention in their reply.

Had the Waterless portable oil diffuser for a couple of weeks now and have been really impressed with its simplicity, battery life and controls.
Gone are the days of refilling the diffuser with water everyday and then mopping up the mess :-)
Only downside is that it is more difficult to change oils now that I have to clean the little pipe to remove the older oil first, but that is such a minor flaw its not worth worrying about.

This oil diffuser is simply amazing !!

I like it because is waterless and at night help me to sleep (I use lavander+vanille essential oil) and in the morning keep me in a good mood(I use fresh fragrances essential oil).

When the product arrived the charger was broken, I phoned them up and immediately they sent out a replacement charger. Excellent customer service

We bought a waterless diffuser in March and unfortunately it had stopped working. The customer service has been excellent and a new one sent out straight away, with a prepaid envelope to return the faulty one.
Even looks like the design of the diffuser has been updated to prevent the problem occurring in the future, which is amazing as this the the best diffuser we have owned. Very happy with Lintro product and customer service.

The massage gun is amazing! Comes well packed , all the heads are amazing for parts of the body and you feel so so relaxed afterwards! 10 out of 10 for me.
