SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY!

I started my subscription with linkvertise in 2024, I was using it as for me to download specific mods for games, they used linkvertise links.
I have cancelled and stopped the subscription about 5 times, and I get an email every single time saying “your subscription is about to expire” followed by another email saying “your subscription has expired”
The following day or 2 after the subscription is cancelled, I cop an email saying “your subscription has been reactivated”. This has happened for months now and left me no choice but to cancel my card and put a block through my bank to anything to do with Linkvertise. When I bring this to the attention of customer service, they blatantly put the blame on me saying that IM THE ONE reactivating the subscription. Tell me how the hell im reactivating the subscription when im not even on the website, and the times of reactivation due to the country time difference IM ASLEEP. Further to this, they changed how much they charged me too, they were taking $9.99 at a time, then immediately changed the price to $19.99!
This is a process of theft!!

Linkvertise will reply here and say that it was me reactivating the service, I can provide many screenshots with timestamps showing me cancelling it. Do NOT believe a word they say and do NOT spend your money!!

So my account was hacked

So my account was hacked, and because I had used Linkvertise previously and had my card stored, I suddenly received an email saying I had activated Linkvertise Premium (I had not). When I wrote to customer support, they just gave me generic answers like “reset your password” and completely ignored the fact that the payment was not made by me.

When I made it clear that my account was compromised, they still refused to help and kept insisting it was somehow my responsibility. They even claimed they “cannot refund” charges made through a stored card, which is honestly unbelievable. Every other company I have dealt with refunds unauthorized charges without any issue, but Linkvertise refuses and just tells you to “contact your bank” instead of taking responsibility.

Their customer support shows zero understanding, zero protection for users, and zero willingness to help in situations of account compromise. If someone gets into your account and uses your saved card, Linkvertise basically says “not our problem.”

Extremely disappointing experience, and I will never use their service again.

Incorrectly Charging Me For A Year

For all of 2025 (minus 3 months) I have been charged for subscriptions that I have not authorized nor used. I have cancelled my subscription each time but keep getting charged and when I go to check, the subscription is active again. I have contacted customer support once about either deleting my account and/or my debit card but the reply I got was that they cannot delete my only form of payment. I just contacted them again, so hopefully they can actually resolve the issue this time because my bank said they cannot block the charges. If they actually cancelled my subscription or better yet delete my account/card I would have no issues and likely a great review, but my experience has been absolutely horrible I'm sorry to say.

I realize the reply I will likely get is "if charges are still occurring, it usually means the cancellation was not completed before the renewal date" but again I have confirmed each time that the cancellation is set. I have even checked later that same day, and several days after to make sure it is still cancelled and it is. But then the next month I get charged again.

I tried using Linkvertise and it was a total letdown. The site made me go through endless ads, long wait times, and even after paying for "premium" access I still couldn't reliably get the download links. Withdrawals and payouts were often missing, delayed, or disappeared entirely. Customer support never really helped - my subscription got renewed without consent and I couldn't get a refund. Overall, it felt sketchy, frustrating and not worth my time or money.
