Great potential with ZERO support from owner or management

Linktube is one of the awesome link-in bio tool I've ever discovered.

With enthusiasm, I bought the deal with 'Agency Plan' and after using it for 6 months now my clients are pissed at me!!! I've created Smart pages for my clients and now their SSL certificated are expired :(

PROS :
+ Excellent functionality with lots of instant customisation,
+ All social media can be linked to a single page,
+ Dynamic RSS feeds which automatically updates itself,
+ Custom domain & white label adds the 100% ownership of Smartpage owner.

CONS :

- HTTPS errors always. Expired SSL Certificates do not get renewed even after 2 months (bad impression),
- Linktube.com downtime is uncertain and not even communicated prior,
- No support from owner Sanket, Carl, or support staff at all.
- They don't answer any support tickets at all.

Overall, Linktube is an excellent product with no future roadmap of new features to be added and lags support if something breaks. If the support from the Linktube gets improved then this is worth every penny. I'll update my review time-to-time..

LinkTube sucks! They literally don't care about their customers. Other 5 star reviews given below are from Sanket Gharat's (owner) family and friends and not his customers!
They only have support email and NO contact number, NO office number, NO office address or anything else which can create credibility of the company.

I don't usually give reviews but had to come and say good things about Linktube. I love it, my clients love it, everyone loves it! It is such a great addition to Instagram, and so easy to use. It is THE way to add more to you 'link in bio' and lets me share things like relevant articles, contest details, and anything else I think followers might want to know.

The best thing about LinkTube is the ease of use and support!

Not being able to put links in IG Posts has always been a big problem, especially if you use IG as part of your sales funnel.
linktube allows me to put multiple links to both videos and products all in one good-looking interface and with one link I have in my bio. Great software!

Easy & effective tool that keeps all of my links in one place. So I can drive more traffic wherever I want to. Also, audiences can access everything from blog posts and social media to YouTube and shops!

Simply love this tool. I can customize anything to my own preferences.
