Great Experience! Long-term user

I've been using linktree for years now, for its convenience and usability. I encountered a problem and emailed them, their replies were prompt, understanding and supportive.

The customer service was wonderful

The customer service was wonderful. Initially I did "chat" but then I received an email about an hour later helping me with a billing issue. In a matter of minutes the issue was resolved. Quick and painless unlike a number of other companies when you have a dispute. Thanks Linktree!

Least helpful customer service EVER!

Least helpful customer service I've ever known!
Platform doesn't do what you want and I've had ongoing issues for over two weeks which they cannot sort and are being undermining, rude and incompetent.
Nothing sorted and I've given them the benefit of the doubt to get it sorted and nothing!!
