They pretend they have customer service but from what I have been through they don’t.
Their clothes run small. Order up a size. They made a mistake on my order and I tried to communicate with them. I have placed 3 tickets and they have either chosen to not communicate or they don’t comprehend! They send the ticket back to me with no information They just sent the ticket back with no comments on what they have to do or I have to do to fix it. And then they send it back and say that a response is needed from me. I have responded 3 Times and I still haven’t received an answer!! I think they are located in China.

If I could give a negative star, I would! HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE quality and HORRIBLE return policy. I returned swimsuits in April and have not received a refund and it's JULY!!!!!

This company is Awful. I ordered a bathing suit. Not true to size and very cheaply made. Awful quality. There is no address to return the item. I have been on the website for over an hour to try and get a refund ticket but to no avail. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER from them.

I ordered a blouse. It eventually arrived and it is dreadful. Cut and fit is awful and the material really cheap. Looks nothing like the picture. No idea of an address to return it! Nothing in or on the parcel to give me any information! Can anyone help with an address please for the return?

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering with this company. For a start it won't accept your order unless you put in your birth date (which breaches General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). It also asks for your phone number (which I can understand is relevant). However, since placing my order I have been receiving regular spam phone calls from overseas numbers in the middle of the night. My data has clearly been sold without my permission. Do not give them your personal details! (which unfortunately means you cannot place an order - but then reading the reviews below, would you want to?)

I ordered a Bikini and a dress, 2 separate transactions, no problems at all, there was a delay with the dress but was notified a week after ordering it and came within the specified time, happy with both and quite surprised to read all the negative feedback given as I have not had any problems.

Just bought two blouses
Just bought two blouses, didn't fit, way to small, quality not good. Sent email to company (trying to return an item on their website is ridiculous. Expecting not to get a response I put in a dispute with PayPal 2 days ago. They responded that the company is willing to give me 1/2 of what I paid. I declined and said I wanted a full refund. I should have checked reviews before I ordered. Will NEVER order from them again. Also, put Liligal on the same "Do Not Order From List". I am awaiting a response from PayPal. They told me they would respond no later than July 30...
As an update, after I declined the 1/2 price credit, I received an email from PayPal, advising me that once I send the package back (and giving me instructions on how to do so) I should go back on line and give them the tracking information and i would receive a full refund within 5 days and if I didn't respond by July 19 the claim would be closed. I went to UPS only to find out postage to Shanghai would be $40. I wrote paypal and told them had they mentioned with the 1/2 price credit what the postage would have been I would have accepted the credit. Heard nothing back, I called paypal, told them the above and was given a credit of $32. I repeat what I said above, save yourself the aggravation. Do Not Order from this company.

Ordered 12 may, my wife needed for 26 june wedding, thought that was ample time as the website gave the impression it was US based. Its a Chinese company with a fake front company. No sign of dress at the 25 june so put in paypal dispute. To my surprise got email the next day say dress dispatched,these are a shoddy bunch of cowboys and should be avoided at all costs.

I had a great experience with this company. My swimsuit came in less than 2 weeks, fit well, and is well made. I also love the color which is aqua, rather than the green that was stated. My only criticism would be that the shorts of the swimsuit are shorter than the ones in the picture. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Delivery was quick however the top I ordered was a very poor copy of the photo. I tried opening an account on their website in order to submit a ticket to request a refund. It kept saying my password was incorrect even though I reset it several times so I got the impression they really wanted the return process to be as difficult as possible! I eventually logged in via Facebook and submitted my ticket. Oddly they want a picture of the item so I uploaded that with the ticket. To be fair they replied very quickly with an offer of a 50% refund and I keep the top. I declined the offer using the "decline" button which proves to me this is their standard practice! Again I got a quick reply offering me an 80% refund and keep the top. I decided to accept as I can use the material for a sewing project so it cost me £6 (still too much for the poor quality but I couldn't be bothered to pursue further). I used PayPal to buy the top so I was confident that I would get some kind of refund eventually plus it's worth noting that PayPal have a service that allows you to claim back return postage up to a certain amount so if you do go down the route of returning your item keep the mail receipt! If the company say they didn't get the return then open a case with PayPal or the debit/credit card company you used to pay for the goods. Oh and I took screen shots of everything as I updated the ticket just in case! Good luck with your returns and don't let this company win! I have learned my lesson and won't order from china again!
