Will never do business with this company again, and if you do you will be sorry. It's getting close to a month since i ordered a swimsuit from them and still haven't received it. The last thing i got from them, was will ship asap, best wishes. What kind of company says that to a customer. How rude. Sincerely unsatisfied customer.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered 5 swimsuits. I’m a size 16 so ordered the 2XL. I could only fit into 1 pair. The other 4 were comparable to an Australian size 8. Did all the right things to return 4 suits. Cost me $36 to return, they owed me $168. HAVE NEVER SEEN MY MONEY. A year later after further follow up they offered me a credit online...as if they would honour that. THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE. Like others, they don’t even deserve 1 star. All up out of pocket $200

Will never shop with Linkshe again i ordered 2 items from them and when they arrived quality was not as expected i asked to return for full refund was asked to keep and get small refund i could return for full refund but would have to pay to return which i did £8.50 and never heard a thing since and am now out almost £60

Ordered a blouse when it came it was cheap material and only slightly resembled the photo. I was disappointed so wanted to return the item. Returns are complicated and costly I am still waiting for my refund before I put it into the hands of PayPal. Would never shop here again.

I purchased a black top. It took about 3 weeks to get and there was no communication via email from Link She only paypal and UPS. But it was delivered true to size, just like the picture i saw on line and I absolutely love it!! I never read any of the reviews before my purchase which I'm kinda glad about, because if i had i would have never gone through with my purchase...i guess I got lucky.

Terrible experience with this company. Delivery took long & Return policy is terrible. Sale items are not returnable. The process to return an item is more trouble than its worth. I would never order from this company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY....
I am still trying to dispute charges with my Mastercard. I would not have given this scam co. any stars. I ordered 2 things from them, & they just kept coming & coming. Duplicate items. Like, who needs 3 of the same tops? My bill for all these returned items (not to mention postage!) comes to approx. $170. Looks like I'm going to have to pay my credit card anyhow which is devastating to me....lesson learned: check the reviews on any company you want to order from ,before you do order....

Placed an order and they sent the wrong size even though the enclosure noted the correct size L the item was Xl. They indicated online "easy returns". They wanted a picture of the item on "jpeg", don't even know what that is. Also return authorization on what they.call a ticket. Then send them a copy of whatever method I sent it back. I did send it back but just ended up forfeiting the refund because it was too complicated and it was their fault for sending the wrong size. I will never order from them again and do not recommend anybody to order from them.

I haven’t bought anything , I’ve read the reviews , however I have read all the reviews and agree with the consensus that the Chinese treat their customers as if they are stupid , they lie, mislead and sell rubbish

I do NOT recommend anyone buy anything from this site! They charge you for shipping insurance. If you do not wish to purchase the insurance, the item you order, you will NOT receive. It’s highway robbery and fraud at that! I ordered a necklace over a month ago. Never received a shipment email like I was promised in the order email I received. So, to me the item was never shipped. I also tried contacting the company 2 different times with no reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Not impressed AT ALL. the item came quickly from a UK add it was too long yet I have to return it to the USA, which I did I sent proof of the post office receipt that was 2 weeks ago . Still no refund. DISGUSTING won't be recommending this site to anyone

I don't want to give them any stars as I have still not recvd my merchandise from them that I ordered 6 weeks ago.

Order placed 24 November 2018 still not received. Looking at the reviews that have gone before I'm not even going to bother to chase the sweater or £25. Also wished I'd looked at these reviews before. Definitely avoid.

I have finally filed a Paypal claim after never receiving my three items I paid almost a hundred dollars for. I paid extra for "expedited" shipping,and never got anything.

It took a couple of weeks to get a tunic but that was okay for me. The problem is the tunic did not really look like the picture. I could get a better quality at Walmart, and the size medium fits like a small. The colors are very pretty on the website with a lot of pink and purple but in person it was blue and more red than pink. It's my fault for not reading more reviews first. The website has reviews that are all 5 stars but that can't be real. They also do not list what the fabric is. It looks like it might be a cotton spandex blend but it's just cheap crap. There is no tag on the garment to tell me what it even is. I will not bother returning, I am just going to give it to the thrift store.

If I could I would give them 0 stars! I ordered dresses that were terrible quality and didn't fit. Tried to get a refund and send them back - CRICKETS!! No response NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and use a different company!

Do not order from linkshe, this is the worst product ever, what they advertise is not what you get. These Chinese must be stopped, they are ripping off the American people, flooding America with pure trash. And to get your money back is impossible! Yall should be ashamed!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from this company. I have only received a partial refund for items I have returned and have given them one last chance before I report them to my credit card provider and to Paypal.
They also advertise free shipping and then make you pay to return unwanted items from the UK to the US. For most people, it is not worth it and it would seem that they suffer the loss instead.
Well, I am not letting this go and will update once I have made a complaint to Paypal.
Do not order from this company. It is also my intention to publicise my experience as much as possible to warn others.

I ordered 2 sweaters that took forever to arrive and when they did they were marked XXL. I didn't recall ordering that big but that was fine. When I opened the packages they were clearly not that size but maybe a L at most. I sent a reply to the company concerning my problem and they were supposed to reply within 24 hours on their next business day. I keep getting e-mails with a coupon supposedly but never received a response from them. Needless to say I will never order from them again and I do not recommend them. They have poor service although I liked what I saw.

I ordered a Christmas jumper on 1st Dec. Expected delivery 15 days. I am still waiting. I have tried to email them but site is under reconstruction. Tried messaging via PayPal no response. No phone number any where to call them. Absolutely a rubbish rip off site. Obviously fixed reviews on Linkshe website. I wish I would of looked on here before I ordered. Fingers crossed it won't arrive and I will put my banks fraud team onto them....
