Definitely will not be using again. I have had genie wefts for a while now, normally purchased from my hairdresser, however I wanted to see if I could save some pennies. Delivery is a joke, not express delivery at all. My hairdresser fitted them. They are dry, the ends are awful and break off. I have never had issues maintaining extensions, but after 8 weeks I am having to remove them and spend more money to replace them. I would not recommend at all.

I paid £11.99 for express next-day delivery, but I received no confirmation email, no delivery updates, and my order never arrived.

The company’s website states that customers can contact them through Instagram and/or WhatsApp. I contacted them using these methods but received no response. After getting nowhere, I contacted my bank, recovered my money, and reported the company.

Interestingly, as soon as I reported the issue, they finally contacted me by email, claiming that they do not communicate with customers through WhatsApp or Instagram. If that is the case, why are these contact methods stated on their website?

I really wish I had read the many negative reviews before making a purchase. Based on my experience, the lack of communication, failure to deliver my order, and conflicting information regarding their contact methods were extremely concerning.

Avoid this website and do not order from them.

Worst company I’ve ever purchased from online! Zero aftersales service, exhausted all communication channels with no response. They sent a product which was absolutely nothing like the item on their website. They even just use a stock photo, not an image of the actual item you receive. Carla had no telephone manner whatsoever when I made initial contact to chase up order. Felt like I was disturbing her yet that’s the only contact number given on the website! Can only assume the glowing reviews are paid for /free item deals. Trading Standards have been informed. My bank will pursue this scam outfit for a full refund.

The worst service. The lady came unprepared. Had to borrow equipment from my neighbour. They added an extra £300 to the price which they only mentioned at the end of treatment. The outcome was absolutely terrible and when asking for a refund they didn’t bother replying.

I had a really good set of clip in hair extensions. They weren’t bad at all. I like the volume that they gave me, my hair so flat naturally, so there’s definitely help me feel more glam for the event I had.

Probably the best hair extension experience I had so far! The staff are so friendly and the place is amazingly comfortable! The installation is so natural! So happy and will definitely be back soon! Thanks
