We then discovered that they had been sending the wrong copy from our email to companies. Text that was meant for us "We will monitor the performance of the campaign" was sent out to external contacts! Unprofessional and in 4 weeks no leads were generated.

I guess most of the reviews are fake. These guys didn't provide my agency with a single lead for 40 days of working with them.

I remember I saw all these positive comments in trust pilot and I said to myself "okay, if people say that they are doing a good job let me try", but now I am sure that all the 5-star reviews are fake.

They offered me 50% refund ONLY if I remove my negative review here - this is why I think there are not so many negative reviews. People want to just take their money back and do not interact with them anymore. When I declined the refund their Founder threatened me that he will write negative reviews on my agency pages online. And he did, indeed.

Save your marketing budget and spend it elsewhere.

Linked Hacker has allowed us to ramp up our cold outreach in an effective and scaleable way that outperforms the in-house approach we took previously. The fact that they manage the majority of the process also means these efforts take less time so we can focus on sales demos no setting up sales demos. Every business is different but I recommend giving them a try if you want to optimize cold outreach.

I have used Linked Hacker in both the UK and Germany. They are a completely professional and effective organisation. They generate appropriate leads, write the emails and send them off. All you have to do is respond to the leads. Their system is really efficient and I thoroughly recommend it.
