Yes, it's only one star. Website video was very promising, showing the guy who knows the specific technical stuff. However, in fact it's only limited to that sort of expertise and still includes critical lack of accuracy and mistakes. Upon checking I was targeted to not only relevant leads, but to some other client TA as well. There was no result at all. Despite promised pro system approach, there was no a single reply for over one month (I had better results setting it by myself). Still not manager but I approached them with suggestion to maybe try changing something. In reply I've received the fact the manager can't even find my brief. I've cancelled the service before the payment date (Attention: no cancel subscription link anywhere so far). I was confirmed that I'm unsubscribed, but later billed again. Thus, I had to explain and convince that I wasn't unsubscribed.
