They are a SCAM! Do not order from this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them. SCAM!!!
I placed an order with then through Pinterest. I was charged for the items, Never received items. Asked for a refund & never received that either. They emailed me saying they would look into the issue, neve contacted me again. In addition, they give you a tracking number that doesn't covert to a US tracking number. I contact Pinterest & Linicock to complain. Neither assisted me. Finally, I had to contact my bank.

Got scammed. Ordered, paid, but never received. Company kept bs*ing about shipping.

Seems I had the same experience as many other people. Next time I'll do better at vetting sites.

The tracking number was BS. My post office said they never received it and agree with everyone here that this company is a scam. They said they would give a refund but did not.

Spent $50 dollars and never received my items. They said it was delivered but never showed. Most definitely a scam.

I would give a zero star rating if I could. I ordered, waited, checked shipping status. I received notification it was received and signed for. I work from home and only person who could sign for. Checked with neighbors, porches, mailboxes....nothing.Sent 3 emails... nothing... sent last email... I get a response... they are on holiday for the next 8 days. This is poor customer service... DO NOT PURCHASE from this webside... its fake/fraudelent/scam... whatever reason you want to label it. You'd be better off burning your money, at least you know where it went.

It's a scam! They never sent the package, they gave me a fake site to track it with a fake number. They say to look in the local post office , they say they will give 10 % refund but thy never do. Here goes my 50$......

Scam. That's all I can say. Never received my package was told to check with neighbors and post office which I did. Company not willing to correct anything with me. Can't get a hold of the delivery company it goes to voicemail. Don't buy from this company it's a scam save your money and a headache

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!!! BUYER BEWARE. You most likely will NOT receive your order and will have a file a dispute with your credit card company. The tracking showed my order was delivered. I did not receive my order and when I emailed seller I was told to check with my neighbors and the Post Office. This order was going to a PO Box, why would I check with my neighbors (sounds like a "pat" email response. I did check with the Postmaster at my Post Office, when I showed him the tracking information, I was informed the package should have been turned over to USPS after entering the country and USPS tracking assigned if they were to be responsible. Additionally, the Postmaster was working the evening the package "Supposedly Delivered" and assured me no packages were delivered. When I emailed the sellers about this, I was informed the Post Office needed to provide a "Proof of Loss". Again, I was informed they were not responsible since there was no way for them to track it. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, I was told this happens all the time so to be very careful where you purchase from. Before you purchase from this company, don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself a LOT of frustration and take the time the read their reviews. Lesson learned!

NEVER RECEIVED MERCHANDISE!

My order number 2209 was delivered according to the linicock website. I never received it. There is no chance to even complain.

It is clear looking at the images that they are AI generated.

If you receive a product at all it will not be what you ordered

Same story with me and everyone. Order worth $73 showed delivered but never got delivered! Checked with postal and neighbors as they said. The shipping company was named Shangfang which is also a scam as they are never reachable either by phone or email.
I will definitely go with legal action!
I think we should spread our experiences everywhere possible to stop Chinese fraud company like LINICOCK!

Have not receive my order

I ordered 2 dresses paid in full and got a confirmation email. Then a shipping email with tracking. When I tried to track the site stopped working and I couldn't open emails anymore. If I had know this was an overseas company I never would have purchased. Guess I got scammed for 37 bucks. Canceled that card 😡 And still no dresses....
