As an Igbo parent who failed to teach his children the Igbo Language in their early childhood, this course provides me the opportunity to make amends.

I'm interested in learning Dutch as it is similar to German language with which I'm already familiar with. I find the course very informative and precise and I'm sure that I'll be recommending it to my friends!

I am living in Georgia in a predominantly Azeri town so need to learn the language. I was so nervous to learn but after learning a few phrases, it has got me excited to learn!!!

Learning Ladin through Russian
I am learning Ladin, which is a language spoken in the mountains of northern Italy. I was very surprised to find a Ladin-Russian course available at linguashop.com. By sharing the site with 3 friends, I even got the workbook for free. When I started working through the exercises I noticed a few errors in Russian. I wrote to linguashop and they told me that they welcome customer feedback and that I could get the enhanced audio course for free for sending improvements. They kept their word and I am now enjoying learning Ladin, through Russian, 90 pages, all correct. :-)

I purchased a language course as a Christmas present. However, the recipient apparently took too long to download the language course and now the order number is no longer valid. We will have to pay more money to get an updated order number and download a product I already purchased. Nowhere in the order confirmation did it say that the product would only be available for 14 days, but apparently that's how long you have to download the course you paid money for. If you're too slow you will have to pay ransom.

Can't say anything about the actual product, obviously, since we have no access to it, but business practices seem dodgy.

Would not recommend unless you know you will be able to download quickly.

ETA: Updating to reply to the response from LinguaShop. My order was placed on 24/12, not in October as you say. I have never sent you emails confirming receipt of anything. Either way, I don't see how that changes the fact that you sold me a product without telling me it would become unavailable in just a few weeks and now demand payment to provide the product I already purchased. If it were possible to give fewer than one star I would. Terrible customer service.

I was looking for an online Guarani course... The first lesson was quite straightforward and easy to follow. Also like 2 formats offered - landscape and portrait.

I'm interested in learning Dutch to meet new people. I am satisfied with the course.

I am a teacher, teaching kids Afrikaans that is their 2nd/3rd language in South Africa. The lessons are easy enough to follow.

I have a 20 minute drive into work and it's an ideal opportunity to learn a bit of Somali. After working through two lessons I learned some vocabulary and a few expressions necessary in every day use.

I really want to learn Pashto in order to communicate with Afghan refugees. This app can really make a difference to me! Already I’ve learned Important common vocabulary!

Lingala is a really beautiful language. I bought the Lingala MP3 audio lessons and the exercise workbook. The audio lessons really help to learn how to pronounce the words and phrases properly. The lessons are quite easy to follow.

I am very surprised by how much this app/site helped me in learning Korean language. I am still focusing on Korean language while using PDF books from LinguaShop! :)

Catalan is such a beautiful language. The course teaches a fair amount of grammar and vocabulary.

I have used a number of linguaShop courses and I can only say that they have all been excellent. I am currently using the Welsh course which gives the option of either learning the North or South dialects. I find that the automatic progress linked into the exercises reinforces retention and enables one to use the language in the wild!
