I had some time to kill and knew Power2Cycle was in the area, so my son and I popped in to have a look around with no expectations of buying a bike. I wanted to see what the Ghost E-Teru Pro was like, but it wasn't in my size and Sid explained that the differences between the Pro and Advanced was minimal. Sid went through the spec of the Advanced bike, which was very useful. He went and had a chat with his manager and came back with a deal that I couldn't refuse! I was able to have the bike reserved whilst I sorted out the CycleScheme voucher at work. Once that was all sorted out, the bike was built and delivered within a few days. All throughout the process, Sid was answering my questions via email, etc. The video sent showing you how to build the bike when you received the bike was very handy.
Thank you for a great buying experience Sid!

Very helpful salesperson and easy purchase procedure, only down side was when picked up bike there was only two bars on fuel gauge,I asked if that would be enough to get me home 13 miles, and I ran out of fuel 3 miles from home,I would’ve expected to have a bit more fuel than this in a new bike.

This is the first time I have used Lings for a motorcycle purchase. I have found the experience excellent, as the staff are professional and everything is done with ease, no need to chase them to complete anything like other dealers I have used in the past, I would fully recommend using Norwich Lings

If kier starmer owned a motorbike shop it would be this one, with staff that don't do their jobs right, promises that amount to nothing, extra charges added and then completely try to take away your rights.
I was sold a bike by Sam harper sales person who on email said the bike tax and registration is free but then added it to the financial agreement with out saying anything, he was the one that checked the bike out before it was sent, Stevie wonder could of done a better job, the KTM was delivered with cosmetic faults not of satisfactory quality, it really shows how much these guys care, it's amazing how Sam can emails when he
wants to sell, and ignores you when there's a problem. but what can you expect when his manager Ian baker is the same, bends the truth of terms and conditions to try and baffle you, he also said he will sort it out and nothing cames of it, tried to make me return the bike to be awkward and when he found out the finance company decided to return it, he ignored all my emails very unprofessional.
This has to be the worst experience I've had buying off a main dealer.
Lots of advice on a bike I wanted and very helpful

I saw a little blue honda for sale at Lings. I ask Lings to tell me about it. They did, I decided to buy it and they sold it to me, and delivered it.
Everything went like clockwork. A very nice sales crew. A nice experience overall!

I have to say I needed to trade in my Harley and get a bike that suited me better. I seen a few sales assistants as I had afew visits to make sure I got the right bike . Mainly Sam Harper and he was extremely helpful and understanding with my situation.

Very detailed and helpful advise from Phil when my wife and I purchased our Electric Bikes.
First Class customer service was my experience, having been a, now retired, retail store manager.

Adam was very helpful. Shame the buying/part ex team is so tight! Low balled to the point I couldn't make it work. Also Adam wasn't able to throw a service in bac9ase they are a separate department, that's a shame. 3month warranty isn't that useful Nov-Jan. I did get £100 off in the end. I need to replace the mirrors too as they spin around and can't be tightened, hopefully I can get some under £100 😉. All in all a decent experience, I'd buy from them again.
The hole experience of trading in to picking up my new purchase was pleasant and painless.

Couldn’t ask for better. Sam has made my experience with Lings quick easy and straight forward. I hope to deal with Sam again in the future and I have already passed his name to friends.
