Well they very helpful and and explain everything and talk me frow all of the process and show how everything thing work then they sold me the bike and give me all the information and if I had any problems that I can call them anytime of opening hours.

Another fantastic customer experience with Lings Honda in Harleston. This is the second motorcycle I have purchased from them, making a point of travelling from Bedfordshire as my local dealership is no where near as enthusiastic and professional about bike sales. Rob Thompson looked after me this time and everything went smoothly, no query was too much and I was given a fantastic deal on a superb, nearly new CB1000R, what a stunning machine! Everything went well apart from the day of collection. Bike was apparently serviced and was told they would put petrol in it, apparently was told had a half a tank of petrol but just a mile down the road the fuel indicator showed one bar and the fuel light blinked. I hadn't noticed the fuel gauge when I set off. It was from the Harleston branch and fortunately I saw a BP station at the A140 roundabout.
I also noted the time on the clock was wrong, and they had written the incorrect mileage on the service sheet, a minor point, but made we wonder just how thorough the service had been. Emailed them on Friday about this and Monday pm still no reply. I had left my bike with them with a 3/4 full tank.

Having bought a bike from Lings. That had been lowered the side stand had not been adjusted to accommodate the lowering. This means that it can easily be blown over when windy. The stand needs 12mm removing to bring it back to manufactures requirements. The tank has a chip in the paintwork and so does the handle bar clamp. The left indicator has an intermittent fault and the lens is cracked. All not visible when collecting it.
I am waiting for a solution regarding the stand, and concerned about how the other issues will be received.

I bought a new gas gas 700 sm from lings , but it had to go back twice for oil leaks. The service I received was excellent thoroughly recommended.

Bob at Lings was a great help to me when it came to buying my new Honda from them. No pushy sales talk and really friendly like all the staff at Ling’s I have now bought 3 bikes from them and two in the last year so yes I would recommend them to people in my motorcycle club and friends.

Well all I can say is Bob who helped me get the pcx 125 sorted and ready was a great help good lad to talk to very helpful and very understanding great worker deserves a big pat on back and more and is a great guy hope all the best mate and thanks again for helping me with the bike kind regards Dan haimes

Unfortunately I’m on the verge of making this public everywhere as I booked a motorcycle payed 99 deposit and then waited and waited the bike fully payed and after two weeks they still not ready so I cancelled as I wanted this summer ride not for Christmas and I’m still waiting for my moneys back deposit not payed back what so ever or even a phone call I never received or email or a letter or anything. Absolutely pirates and never keep promises never call back even after two months. I’m waiting since the 27th of June if that’s not something shoot me.

Do not have a bad thing to say about the service received here. First visit on the Monday last visit on the Friday and communication throughout was spectacular. No hard sell just helpful friendly staff especially Rob Thompson. Love the Rebel. That’s the CMX 500 not Rob :-)
