Wouldn't recommend
Sorry to say I would not recommend. I ordered two bras and unfortunately had to send both back as they did not fit.
That was a month ago and I have have heard nothing and had a message ignored.

Amazing value for some luxury bras…
Amazing value for some luxury bras heavily reduced in the sale, but 2 complaints:
1. Paid extra for 1st class Royal Mail, but package was actually sent by Yodel on a 3 day service. Please update your website to state which couriers you're currently using. I normally avoid companies that use Yodel.
2. I changed the shipping address to have my wife's name (which was confirmed on the emailed order confirmation), but the package was sent to the billing address with my name. We live at the same address so it's not a problem, but the package was supposed to be addressed to her to be a surprise gift.

Excellent quality and fast delivery
The bras arrived and were very good quality as advertised. Beautiful patterns and at a very reasonable low price as bras are generally overpriced! Very pleased and will one hundred percent never buy a bra anywhere else! Timely delivery too!

Quality was not great
Quality was not great.
Customer service not good either. Multiple emails needed to be sent to her the invoice corrected.
Not impressed and would not use them again.

38jj bra. Too small. Limited return process
Bought a 38jj bra from this store. Bra was way too small, the band was extremely tight I could barely get it fastened. The cups where also very small that I kept falling out of it. Straps where also extremely tight that I had the bra on for less than a minute and it was already making dints in my shoulders. Couldn’t find how to return the item so had to email sales who replied fairly quickly that I had to return the item via Asda. That would be great but I had to take 2 busses to get to my nearest Asda. Maybe they should think about opening up their return process so customers can return items via the post office. I don’t think I will be ordering again as the bras they have for larger busts are extremely expensive and with my purchase not fitting correctly I don’t want to be paying out a large amount of money for something that won’t fit. Also the returns process would put me off ordering again.
