Products were good quality, how ever despite many many many email to this company regarding a size exchange they stopped responding and failed to help me in any way.

According to their websites the support size exchanges but this was clearly not followed through.

Yep. Scam. Not linen. Awful garments with tags stating 100% polyester. Wish I had read reviews.

If we could rate them negative stars we would. Terrible quality fabric, doesn't look like the pictures and the customer service is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and don't shop here. None of it is real. I asked to return and they offered me $10 to keep it all because "shipping is expensive". If it wasn't all trash I payed $100 for I wouldn't bother.

I received the item ordered, the dress was very low quality. I asked to return it. The policy states that I have 14 days to return the item. They offered to refund me $7 for an item worth $40 and keep the dress. I refused and asked the process to return the item and get full refund. They have stopped replying to me. I've emailed them everyday for 10 days and they are still ignoring my request to return the item!

everything written below is true. do not purchase from this site. i ordered 2 outfits. they emailed saying one was out of stock and to pick a replacement. i requested a refund, they agreed. never heard back from them and never received the other garment i ordered. they havn't responded to any of my emails except the first one. totally ghosted. how do we escalate this further? total scam of a company.

Clothes mostly ok and sent to you in a timely manner. But you get what you paid for when it comes to quality and sizes not very accurate. One dress came with sleeve stitching undone. Contacted linen stylish twice, absolutely no response. Will never buy from them again, poor customer service

Order "ships" from China, I get an email from Seel saying my item is shipped, when I tried tracking it and it just said label created for a week over a week. I reached out to service @ linenstylish.com and they respond by saying my order will ship within 3 days. I give them the benefit of the doubt, and try tracking my order and the tracking just says no information can be found, no matter how and where I track it. It's been 22 days since my initial order, and I still don't have the physical product. Do not buy from here.

My items arrived and look absolutely horrible. Nothing like the pictures! I'm so mad, they offered four times a low refund if I wouldn’t send the items back. I ordered for over $180..
Now they are not responding at my e-mails anymore and blocked me on Instagram. Can’t believe they getaway with this.

Sweatshop labor quality, overpriced scam. Fees to return abroad make it unreasonable to return. Offered me $7 for $50 purchase. Not an American company.

No products, no money back.
Nobody answers the email!

It is soooooooo bad. The quality is not linen as pictures and the clothes have smell. There is no return! Be careful everyone!

I will never buy from this company again. I received my order, and they said to keep the product, which was not true to size. It would cost me $15 to get another size, which I said was fine and I was also happy to send back the produce. After over 4 emails they never got in contact with me. Never again will I order online such a bad experience!!!

I should have read these reviews before buying.
My items arrived and look absolutely terrible. Nothing like the pictures at all. One of the dresses is even sewed incorrectly. The other looks worse than a tea towel. I'm quite shocked as I spent a lot of money and not ONE piece is close to decent.
I've contacted them for a refund, but after reading all of these reviews I am not hopeful. How can they get away with this?!?!

DO NOT BUY any product!!!! There is no way back. I checked IG which is lots of followers and I also checked company Trustpilot which I saw terrible reviews but I didn’t believe it till it happened to me🤣.
Customer service just disappeared and NO return.
Quality is also bad compare to the price I paid(40€ up). So if you see all comments below here please rethink about buying their products.

Horrible horrible company, I wish I could go back in time and never have placed my order. What arrived looked and felt nothing like how it was advertised, and when I tried to initiate a return, although I initially made contact with a representative, they stopped responding after my follow-up. My last 12 emails have gone unanswered. Unethical. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible return policy and terrible quality

Their size run small and there is no return or refunds. There is no customer service and they stop answering emails. On instagram they delete anything you comment under their posts and on the website you can't leave a review! One thing we can all do is to report their instagram page, if enough of us report it instagram will take their page down, and less people will be scammed by them.

Would give a zero rating if possible. Clothes ( 3 items ) clearly junk, not at all as described. It will cost me more to return to China than cost of clothes . My mistake - but is there no way to shut down this company ? IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL ?

Chinese scammers. They advertize their clothes as high quality, but it's actually overprized polyester garbage. Their return policy is: If you don't like the clothes we will give you 10 dollars to keep the clothes, or you can mail the clothes back to us at your own cost, which is about 40 euros from Germany to China. I have chosen to send the items back. My two returns have been stuck in Chinese customs for almost a month now, according to their tracking IDs. Since I paid with PayPal, I was able to contact their customer protection program and once I provided the tracking IDs of my returns, PayPal gave me a full refund, thank goodness! Never again will I buy anything off an Instagram ad. Definitely stay away from Linenstylish!
