Customer service is ridiculous. Ignoring your messages. No chance to get a refund. I lost £40

Absolutely disgusting. I have bought items thinking it is linen. It is Polyester !!!!!! They expect me to pay for return postage. Cheap, awful fabric. Wish I read reviews :'((( waste of £70 for utter junk.

So so so sad :'((( will be reporting them to every agency known to man kind.

Very scammy and unprofessional. They do not truly accept returns. I ordered around $140 worth of clothing and wanted to return it. They offered to refund $13 because they claim that the return shipping I would have to pay would be prohibitively expensive, which is not so. Unless you are certain an item will fit or work for you, I wouldn’t order from them. The items I received were decent, but they make returns extremely difficult to near impossible.

The worst ecommerce and customer care.
The product was a lot different and not as expected. They ask me €23 For a return and They never accepted my refund proposal.

Awful!!! The fabrics are completely different from the pictures. It doesn’t even look like the same dress. It’s not linen and it is expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not worth 1 star….. didn’t get my Order that I wanted …ordered a black t shirt and a white one…what came was 2 white hooded long sleeved jumpers… I sent it back and they offered me 5 US dollars …. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!

I ordered before checking Trustpilot, so of course after checking, I expected the worst!

My goods were shipped quickly, the tracking information was updated as it was shipped from China to the UK and the package arrived within 10 days.

Product was good quality, very pleased

I did one order and received one damaged item. I contacted them for return, which will also include another item that is not damaged. After their first reply where they have asked for a photo of the damaged item, I did not hear back from them. Now it has been about 13 days and I have sent 3 reminders!

Items are not cotton as written on fabric information. They dont pay money back and items retutrn isnt allowed.
Very bad experience

My daughter purchased a dress from this online store and it was $88AU, and it is the worst quality dress I've ever seen. It was strapless, but the cups were literally two pieces of floppy fabric with absolutely no support at all so totally un-wearable. My daughter contacted customer service for a refund, and they offered her $8 refund to keep the dress or to pay another $23 to receive another dress! Totally pointless.
She just wanted her money back, and now they are not responding to any of her emails. PLEASE do yourself a favour and do not order from the shop. The reviews here speak volumes, I just wished she had of read them before making her purchase. A big lesson learned.

Awful scamming company. Could have given them 0 if I could. Clothes is total trash. No returns possible, instead they offer you $15 back from $120 purchase. Don’t waste your time and money. Completely ridiculous.

If i could i would give 0 stars!!!! As that’s all they deserve. Goods came damaged and all they did offered 5$ and i payed 60$. Horrible customer service as no one cares. Websites like this should be banned. As all they do is rip off the money. And if there is a problem they don’t care. Worst company i ever have to deal with!

I paid for many items which arrived but some items were not as described and I needed to exchange others for a different size. Despite their website saying they have efficient customer service and that they care about their customers experience, they do not reply within 24 hours and ignore you when you ask to return the items for a refund. They even tried to tell me to pay MORE to have an exchange. DO NOT USE.

This site is a scam. I paid $60 for a linen dress that arrived 6 weeks later and when it did, it was cheap, uneven and totally not as advertised. When I contacted them for a refund, they did not respond then I reached out via their instagram account and they blocked me. I currently have a dispute with Paypal for a refund. I will be creating new Instagram accounts to continue to reach out to them.

I advise you not to order anything from their website, the products are low/poor quality, nothing matches the pictures from their site. If you wanna return the products, no one will reply to your e-mail/request.
I am very disappointed..

I got my items but none of them were the same model, sewing or fabric as the one I saw on the website. Furthermore, it looked very cheap , sizes were also not matching and it had some spots on the fabric. When I asked to return then back, they didnt respond to my email request for a week. When responded, they said:I have to pay customs fee and returning its not recommended and they will give me 8$ additional 😂8$?? Seriously?! I denied that and they stopped responding again. Still waiting after a week to see if they gonna accept the clothes back or just gonna ignore me forever 🤨this is not how a legit company works! Ignoring, selling cheap products, not matching the sizes. Just careful everyone!

Yes there’s an email address and message option on website and Instagram, however they do not respond or read messages! Just continue to suck people in to buy items that may or may not exist!

If tempted to buy, use a credit card so you can reclaim your monies if your order doesn’t arrive.
I never received email confirmation which is what prompted me to reach out!

Hopefully they get closed down!!

The products I purchased (2) were of a very low quality. I had to throw one of them in the bin, because customer service were not responsive. A white pants had a lining that was short and visible. Even with tailoring, the item could not be fixed.
The vest couldnt stay in place as displayed in the pictures on their website. The fabric was of low quality. It was not linen at all, mainly spandax cotton blend.

Just terrible, I placed my order a week ago, received the confirmation email but can’t open the website anymore through that link to track my order, no response, I sent maybe 10 emails and messages through Instagram- no response. I issued a refund through PayPal but I have to wait a couple weeks first. Do not shop from this place.
