very BAD!!! Don't order anything !

I don’t want to give this company any stars. BEWARE!!! This company is nothing but a scam and you will not get ANYTHING you ordered. Sizes wrong, items wrong, material is awful. Missing items, terrible communication. They completely take advantage of the consumer. Total and complete waste of your money. This company should be shut down, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I just received my “order” which is completely different from what I ordered of course. I would upload photos but this page won’t let you.
I did get the return address, which is:
“Jon” (what a scam to only have one name) at 2352 Bent Creek Rd

Absolutely worst service ever the products took almost 3 months to arrive. there is no customer service to ask about my order and the products we got where nothing like the pictures all cheap imitation China made stuff. half the stuff wasn't even the same color we ordered. Complete waste of money!!!

The absolute worst in customer service,never a good or helpful answer, terrible shipping, over 4 months with items arriving separately, cheap tacky fabric, not at all like what was pictured. Total waste of money, wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Clearly a practiced scam
I ordered a skirt and top. Four months later I received a completely different skirt and top (you would not believe how ugly) in completely different sizes.
Here are some excerpts from the emails:

"As the return shipping charge is high, if you don't like them,maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors. Which would be perfect. We can provide you $3 gift card discount."
"Please kindly understand that if you return it to us, despite the shipping charge. It will take a long time to receive it, and we are not sure if we can use it for resell, which will lead great loss for both of us.That's why we suggest you keep the order. I wonder if we increase give 5USD gift card. Could you please consider again?"
"As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received. Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee. We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item."

In fairness, they responded to every one of my emails, but their answers were completely unhelpful.

Absolute rip off merchants. Don't pay for anything, you will never get it. Lesson learned, read reviews before buying anything.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They are CROOKS! It's a SCAM! I placed an order of $166 and paid $14.00 for express shipping. It's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't even received a tracking number or an confirmation of shipment. When I asked for a full refund they replied that they've sent it and it's too late, except still no tracking number. That's an obvious sign it's bogus. The photos of the clothing they're advertising are stolen from other websites. You might receive a cheap version of what you ordered, you might receive nothing or you might receive something you didn't even order. Either way, it's a scam. I will be contacting my bank and The Better Buisiness Bureau and as many news sources as possible. We have to stop this.

Half my order never showed up, the other 2 items I did receive did not fit. I have sent numerous emails trying to find out where my order is and how to return the items that that I did receive and did not fit. The material is crap. TERRIBLE Customer service. Do not throw your money away with this company....I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Same thing as everyone else: I wish I found this site before ordering. Everything looks so nice on their website but it truly is a really well constructed scam. I did get one item today (4 months after ordering) and it was costume fabric, nothing like the photo, with pieces missing and parts not sewn together at all. The other 3 items in my order never came, definitely a scam, luckily paid with PayPal and will try to force it back out of their bank account.

I recentley received my order which I waited for 6 months for to begin with. When i open it, the pants are 2 different sizes & im missing a shirt, its nothing like they advertise. poor quality indeed! #Poor customer service linencomfy.ca

Terrible company !!! My order took 4 months to arrive and it wasnt even all there. They did NOT credit me for the missing product !

The only reason I gave it one star was because it wouldn't do anything without some kind of star. They don't even get 1 star. Their clothing was inconsistent and size their boots were cheaply made I got Mickey Mouse leggins I didn't even order along with a little black Mini skirt that didn't even fit on my thigh. Every time I contact them they tell me all there so sorry for the inconvenience and can they give me AAA discount of $8 $5 $15 I just keep the stuff and don't return it because it's going to cost them too much money For me to return it!!! I told them that I was not going to keep their junk nor was I gonna pay to return it. I spent over $200 with this company and they are nothing but a scam. And you know what the saddest thing is is that every single day I go out and risk my life because I'm a nurse to deal with covred patience and this is what I get! How do we make this right???

They are a scam company from China that uses pictures of clothes from other websites. You will then receive nothing or a bunch of cheap junk that looks nothing like the pictures. I was able to get a refund from Paypal minus the enormous shipping fee to mail this cheap s**t back to China , after jumping through hoops to prove they are a scam. Run away!

This company is a scam and misrepresents the clothes and then begs you to keep it for more credit in their bogus store. Now I've followed the directions to return the crap and they keep telling me their not going to receive it. What a mess!

I ordered on 1/2620. I have yet to recieve my order. I have emailed them and they responded they were working on it. I made a claim with PayPal and they offered me a $10 coupon. I asked to cancel the order then they responded they shipped it but it won't let me track it. I am still waiting for my order as of 4/26/20. I have never had problems like this with any other company I have ordered from. I would not order from this company. They are HORRIBLE! They deserve 0 stars.

Received GOD AWFUL pants that didn't even resemble what i ordered. returned it and tracking # states it was delivered. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME!!!!

These people are completely ridiculous to deal with. Took over a month to receive items ordered. The items I did receive were not the items I ordered and were horrible quality clothing considering the price I paid. I emailed asking how to return the items and receive a refund. I have been completely appalled by their customer service. They suggested that I keep the items and give to a family member or friend and they would offer a $6 gift card for my trouble. After I refused this suggestion, they tried with that shipping the items back would be expensive and would be more than my refund so they suggested that I just keep the items. After several attempts to get an address to return the items, they have finally advised that they "can refund $8 which is the most we can afford at a loss." At this point, I am done with this fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They will steal your money!!

If there was an option to pick zero stars I would have went with this. Appalling people to deal with. After waiting nearly three months for order to arrive after requesting several times for it to be cancelled and refund issued. They arrived unbelievable the quality of the fabric is disgusting, poorly made synthetic thin plastic outfits. The pictures you see are not what will be shipped to you these people are fraudulent and should never be bought from. Have tried to get a refund and return the offensive outfit but as of now nobody has returned my queries.

They Steal your money and do not ship your good, they will not refund. Do not order from these people
