I’m really disappointed because all of the products I received were close to their expiry date. Returning them would be difficult since I have a large number of heavy items.

Sorry was not overly impressed tin was open all chocolates were spilled out loose in box give card was very shabby and badly written for the money not great

Items missing from personal pick and mix selection so that means my order was sent out underweight for what I paid for not impressed still awaiting answer to contact message...contact made only offered 10% refund wanted photos of received items explained birthday gift been eaten not impressed at all with customer service used several times in the past probably won't order again, bottom line how can you send out an underweight order...

My only point would be how much packing is sent, it’s recyclable so no big issue but seems somewhat excessive, for the bunnies I understand but the bars, I don’t think they need it.

Tried the new strawberry matcha bar and the new hazelnut milk chocolate bar - both delicious but the hazelnut was our favourite.

4 stars as only 80% of the order arrived. Took a week and multiple emails back and forth to customer services, to be given a refund. Annoyingly it was down to me to provide evidence the products weren’t dispatched.

I was craving giandujotto and didn't want to travel all the way to town for it. Bought myself some - fast delivery!

I ordered on a Sunday, I received an email the same day to advise my order had been packed, the next contact would be when the courier picked up the parcel which should be the next working day. The next contact I had was Thursday to advise delivery would be the next day. So discrepancies in delivery timescales. My package arrived on the Friday very well wrapped in a large parcel. Upon unraveling each pack of chocolates I discovered that one box had been bashed/dented badly. I have taken photos and will be happy to pass them onto the company. I opened the pack and the chocolates seem unharmed. This damage must have occurred before they were packed and left the factory which is disappointing as it shows a lack of care and if I had been picking the product myself I would not have chosen a bashed in box in case the contents were damaged. So hence a score of 3 out of 5.
