Chocolates were a success for the…
Chocolates were a success for the friend I bought them for but the website kept emptying my basket, and then despite multiple tries just crashed every time I tried to add the gift message. I gave up in the end (and am assuming my friend got the invoice for their gift) then emailed them and called customer services. I was on hold for so long I gave up, though did find a way to leave a message on calling back for the third time. No one ever got back to me by phone or email. Chocolate fine. Customer experience frustrating and poor.
