Being able to buy online and have it shipped to them directly is really useful.
I only wish they had more than just their bon bons available to select for the gift boxes, it would be great to be able to include the bars too, I do buy them separately, but its a bit odd sending someone a lovely gift box of bon bons woth a couple of individual bars of chocolate rattlung around seperately 🤷
Everything arrived inside the delivery window with email notifications of the day and when it had been delivered, which is really useful when you are not the recipient.
You can also include a message in a gift card which is a lovely touch.

Appalling website
Appalling website, I have tried 3 times to place an order & was unable to do so. It just kept telling me that my email address isn’t recognised. I have had the same email for many years & it was most definitely correct.

Extremely disappointing
Unfortunately this time around was not a great experience. Packaging damaged on arrival which meant that the items for gifts were also damaged.
Communication with customer service was abysmal.
