Great products that work. We've bought the wine cooler insert (seven of them) and a set of the stainless ice cubes. Short delivery times, great to take to BYO restaurants. I'm always dubious about online purchases and was wary of buying these but there were no issue at all, all products packaged securely & professionally, expectations exceeded. Many thanks Lindnerco! Very happy with product looks good quality in freezer but have not used yet so can’t say how long wine will stay cold.

I've ordered 4 cooling sticks I was getting confused how I ordered it, I didn't think I did it correctly. I contacted the company and asked them did I close the order.
This beautiful customer service lady Rhea♥️ and Coco contacted me within a days
They emailed me assuring me that I did it correctly giving me the tracking number within a week I received my sticks they are boxed beautifully and they are good quality I cannot wait to try them I bought my self and my family members one each, Thank you so very much this company is amazing the communication is outstanding 🍷🧊♥️ ☺️ Thankyou lady's xx

I bought 2 Cooling Stick and unfortunately, when I tried to screw the attachment to the stick, it cracked. I sent an e-mail to the company asking them to replace only the attachment and, to my surprise, they sent me the whole set. I am very grateful and highly recommend this company especially Rhea at customer service.

Excellent service following my own mistakes in the original order. Rhea in customer service was really helpful and sorted my original order out promptly. Then when we discovered one of the coolers was damaged Rhea once again came to my rescue and organised a replacement which arrived in quick time. Once again thanks to Rhea for her professional assistance

Great customer service from Rhea when I had a problem re my delivery. Prompt, polite, and very helpful replies to my emails. The service really was second to none and I would definitely recommend using Lindnerco.

Items arrived with damage to internal and external packaging. As the items were gifts it looked like I was giving used/second hand goods with the packaging looking like it did. Rhea in customer services dealt with my complaint efficiently and promptly and I received replacements very quickly. Very satisfied with the service.
