Michael & his team at Linda & Co in Broadway Sydney were the absolute best when it came to helping me pick out the perfect watch for my wedding! They honestly made the whole experience incredible and offered such a large selection of watches and other jewellery. Definitely going back for future purchases!

I regret getting my engagement ring made at Linda & Co.

When I collected the ring it was undersized! This almost spoilt the proposal the next day, luckily the ring did go on but we took it in straight away to get the size fixed. I was dealing with Michael at the Broardway Store in Sydney who stretched the band there and then. I moved to the UK and over the following months diamonds on the bands were loose and falling out, the band then cracked after 6 months meaning it had to be remade from scratch costing me a lot of money.

Bought 2 Seiko watches from Linda & Co Jewellers recently online at fantastic prices. Both came super quickly. e-Warranty came through from Seiko before the watches arrived. Highly recommend. Buy with confidence.

Do not use this jeweller. The manager at Broadway, Michael, charged me $95 for a CAD rendering of ring alterations I wanted, then instead sent me a dodgy mock-up of the same reference photo I had sent him, asking me to approve it so he could commence the alterations.

I went into the store to ask for my ring back and a refund of the deposit, and he said he had 'already started work on one of the angles', which I had not approved. When the ring was finally handed back, it had clear marks of having been filed in three places and Michael explained through another staff member that I had been present when he performed these alterations in store, which is not true. When I raised this, the person in store said I would have to take the issue of damage and compensation up with head office.

Stay away from this store.

I purchased my engagement ring for my fiancè while overseas through a trusted gold dealer & broker.

Initially, I believed that the quality of workmanship would be the same here so thought little of her taking it into Linda & Co Rhodes for re-sizing.

Upon returning to pick up the ring, I was told that I needed to be careful buying overseas and they had heard so many sob stories. Perhaps I should be more careful closer to home.

Firstly, the ring itself was hammered and incorrectly resized. I may not know too much about rings but you could tell the work was well below par. If it was sent to a thrid-party, then they should have sent it back to be done correctly or been upfront with us about their mistake.

We have taken it to a reputable jeweller who instantly recognised the poor quality work and told us what they had done.

If I can post pictures of the before and after work here I will.

The man who was speaking to us, and claiming that it could have been a sob stories, kept trying to tell us to buy our wedding bands here. We definitley will not.

To follow up, my fiancè e-mailed afterwards as she felt that she had to say something. The valuation and resizing had taken 2 weeks and $275.

Subject: Ring resizing result

Hi there.
I felt the need to write to share my recent experience with my ring resizing. I am very upset and disappointed with the result. For the amount I paid and the time it took I was expecting a better result. I brought in a perfectly shaped engagement ring that was too big and the results are an mis shaped ring that is still too big. I am unsure when the back of the ring was thinned out so much and why it is now not a perfect round shape but uneven. I have taken it to get a second opinion and was told they were not sure why the ring was resized in such a way. It is also measuring bigger than the size I chose for resizing. I’m am sorry to have to write this email but I feel it is necessary as the ring holds so much meaning and I feel very upset that I now have to have the resizing fixed elsewhere for even more money. I wish I had said something in the store but in the excitement of getting my ring back I did not have a proper look and was assured it was the right size even though I mentioned it still felt big.

Since then, there has been NO response. More than a month of nothing.

I believe they knew they had done a poor job as when we went to pick up the ring, the man who looked to be the manager was passed the work by others working at the shop and instantly tried to upsell buying a wedding band and how dangerous it was to buy overseas after I said I knew little of gold. No integrity.

We are currently getting the ring FIXED and correctly sized at a reputable place.

Avoid this place if you are looking for any actual work requiring craftsmanship, skill & integrity.

I'd like to share my experience with Linda&Co and provide some information. I had been searching for the price of a watch for a while, and finally found a good deal on an online store. Some of my friends had recommended Linda&Co's website, praising its trustworthiness and reliability, especially mentioning their price match request option, which sounded appealing to customers. However, I was hesitant about their reliability. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a try and submitted an inquiry on their website, providing all the requested information. After a day passed without any response, I followed up with them, expressing my concern about not being informed yet. They replied, stating they couldn't locate my inquiry and asked me to submit a new one. Meanwhile, when I checked back on the other website, I noticed the price had changed suddenly. I informed Linda&Co about this discrepancy, emphasizing that the price wasn't the same as it was yesterday when I initially made my inquiry. However, they reiterated their inability to find my information. In conclusion, I learned from this experience to always take screenshots when making such requests and to exercise caution when dealing with online stores. I intend to file a complaint about this experience with the company.

I received wonderful service today in purchasing a new watch. Fadia listened carefully to my preferences, but was very knowledgeable in her craft. I am delighted with my purchase and will use this business again. Highly recommended for any watch purchase!
