A RIP Off & No Customer Service

I am shocked about my experience with this company. I have purchased from them before and had an issue once before. Their products are not cheap and neither is the shipping and handling. The product is mediocre. I spent a nice amount and have not received the product. I also sent 5 emails and received no response. My next move is to contact The Better Business Bureau. It's one thing to mess up the order but unacceptable that no customer service communication has occurred. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
