The worst experience with a law firm by far. Strung me along for months taking payment after payment then talked me out of going to court without even listening or understanding my case, for a very very shit settlement of which the barrister then took half of it (literally). It was a complete waste of time they told me what I wanted to hear but then then did no work and then took money for absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t advise using this company

After being landed in the most horrendous situation i could ever imagine myself in and not having any idea how to move forward- I am so glad I was recommended to Rose and Kevin to help process my case.
They both have their areas of expertise which in my case has been priceless. They make you feel comfortable and are really easy to talk to.
I hope that no one finds their self in a situation where they need to take this route - but if you do, i would strongly recommend this amazing duo. They will work for you and help you in every which way they can.

I was recommended Lime Solicitors by a friend and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I had no previous experience of making a claim for personal injury, and I was guided carefully through the process by the representative who took on my case. I started the claim in April, and by October the claim was settled. All emails and queries were responded to immediately, and kindness was shown in the face of my lack of experience. I was offered all advice possible and the options open to me. I would recommend Lime to anyone, as my case was expertly overseen with extremely reasonable fees.

Absolutely excellent experience. Went so far beyond any expectation to provide for me. My case like anyway was quite stressful, and I found it difficult at first. But the service Lime provided me was amazing, I was guided through every step and kept up-to-date, everyone I met was friendly and professional. They handled so much for me and achieved an incredible result. I could not have asked for more.

Medical Negligence Claim

We instructed Lime Solicitors in 2022 for a medical negligence claim. We experienced the communication and handling of the case through our legal representative Ikhira Thandi to be professional, proactive and efficient, leading to a successful settlement in September 2025.

An excellent service from lime solicitors,they go above and beyond to help you in any way. They are very clear and also simplify parts that you may not understand. If I sent an email they was very quick to get back in touch and go through what ever my query was,can't pick any bad falt exalant from start to finish.

Well it’s been a long anxious 4 years. But Lime have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Francesca has been so professional since taking on my case. She was always clear in communication. Finally we settled at a good amount. Thank you Lime Solicitors for getting me justice.

I contacted these for help with NHS negligence, I was told they can't take on thd case, I asked why ? I was ignored , I messaged another person asking why they ignored me too.

I deeply regret ever instructing Lime Solicitors to handle my medical negligence case. What initially appeared to be a professional and competent firm quickly revealed itself to be quite the opposite.

Despite accepting my case under a no win, no fee agreement, they failed to obtain any expert medical opinion. Instead, they relied entirely on a flawed AI-generated report, which included glaring factual errors (e.g. misreporting diagnoses, referencing procedures that never occurred) and had only been reviewed by nurses, not any suitably qualified medical experts like a radiologist or orthopaedic surgeon. None of my medical imaging—X-rays or MRIs—were ever looked at, even though they contained key evidence of surgical failure.

When I raised concerns and pointed out these errors in writing, I was met with silence or dismissive replies. I was never told that AI would be used, nor given any opportunity to challenge its findings before they decided to close my case.

Worse still, after their poor handling, they tried to shift the cost of obtaining an expert report onto me—completely undermining the “no win, no fee” arrangement. By that point, the damage had already been done.

What’s truly upsetting is that their mishandling has now harmed my chances of continuing my claim elsewhere. I have since approached another solicitor who asked for all correspondence with Lime before deciding whether to take the case. This has put me at a clear disadvantage, all because I trusted the wrong firm.

Before Lime got involved, I had strong interest from plenty of law firms. Now, I’m left fighting not just for justice, but to undo the damage they have caused.

If you’re seeking a firm that will actually fight your corner with diligence and transparency— I suggest looking elsewhere. I would strongly advise against using Lime Solicitors for any medical negligence matter.

Dealing with the personal injury team on an ongoing case, the team are extremely helpful and responsive. They are giving me total confidence that they understand my injuries and will fight to get the best possible outcome for me.

Our experience with Lime Solicitor's so far could not be better. All communications have been handled with the outmost sensitivity and care. I cannot speak highly enough when it comes to Lime Solicitors. I experienced a horrific birth trauma resulting in injuries to both my baby and I. Due to the extent of the injuries and negligence experienced, I contacted Lime Solicitors for advice and guidance. From the first interaction, I felt believed, heard, supported and validated. Each person who has subsequently been involved in our case, have been professional and trauma informed.

It is especially important to mention how incredible our dedicated solicitor, Wioleta Dworak, has been. My son's claim was straight forward, where Wioleta was able to achieve admission of full liability from the hospital in question, which has been settled out of court. This will ensure my son has validation and compensation for the trauma he suffered. Wioleta has also supported/ continues to support my own legal claim for chronic pain and psychological injuries. This has been more complex, involving multiples expert witnesses and investigations. Wioleta is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and unbelievably patient. We are almost 3 years into this legal journey, which isn't over yet. However, whilst in the care of Wioleta, I feel safe and know I will continue to be looked after.

I cannot thank Lime Solicitors/ Wioleta enough. I wish I could put even more into words. This experience has been made so easy and seamless. That is all down to the team and if anyone reading this has experienced any type of negligence, I would highly recommend Lime to be your solicitors!
